We use Avaya phones at work. It provides all of the basic features such as voice mail, caller id, speed dial etc. There are a lot of features that the phone has but I am unable to use and do not have the time to look it up. I wish it had some sort of intuitive GUI to make it easier.

Strengths: Avaya makes quality digital network phones. The phones have a variety of useful features such as voice mail, caller ID, missed call list, speed dial directory, redial, call forwarding and a lot more that I do not know how to use.

Needs to improve: Lots of features, but you have to memorize which buttons to press to access the various features. Not very intuitive and could certainly benefit from some sort of graphical user interface.

Before we are using other Communication Products and we experienced a lot of problems using that product, until we find out how Avaya products performed well in other telecommunications company. Avaya maximize our communications investments, they provide us a full range of services designed to consult, enable, support, manage, optimize, and even outsource our collaboration, customer experience management, and networking solutions. Their communications services team helps maximize our investment in collaborative communications. Their services range from communications initial planning and design, to seamless implementation, to integration and ongoing optimization. Avaya helps us use to minimize risk, enable people, and deliver a differentiated customer experience.

Strengths: Avaya is a recognized innovator and leading global provider of real-time business collaboration and communications solutions.

Needs to improve: no weakness

We use Avaya for our corporate phones but compared to others in the market these to not look and work as good as others. The contract was lower but would expect a little more from a company as big as Avaya. Overall service is just ok, but we would like to see more modern phones offered.

Strengths: Not sure at this point we have any strengths for Avaya Phones but we have not tried any of their other products. These are cheaper than others but still a lot of money for corporate phones.

Needs to improve: The phones are dated and somewhat limited in the menu. The design is boring.

My experience with Avaya has been good. We use their product everyday at my company and are highly satisfied with their phone system.

Strengths: The strength of Avaya is that their phone systems are durable, easy to use, and is a quality product. My office uses them for our phone system. They're being used every day - everything from incoming/outgoing calls, to conferene calls - the phone system is an efficient and a durable quality product.

Needs to improve: The weakness of Avaya is that on occasion our phone system won't receive incoming calls if the phone is slightly off the hook. This is clearly inconvenient since my company receives many phone call throughout the day.

We've been using Avaya systems now in our office for the past five years. Though the set up was a bit frustrating just based on the level of complexity we are very happy with the way it is working now. In the five years we've only had two service interruptions that were fixed quickly by the avaya team. Cost is within reason for the services we are getting. We will continue to use Avaya for the foreseeable future.

Have Avaya phones throughout my job. These are some good multitasking phones and they have some of the best quality I have seen. Extension and phone numbers automatically saves in the log whenever it is dialed to make things easier the next time you use the phone to make a call. The log also shows the last time and date you made a certain call, making this phone fun to use in a work environment.

Strengths: Multitasking office phones.

We have this telephone in production floor. We use it whenever we need to reach our clients, customers and upper management for whatever reasons. The sound quality is clear. We have been using these telephones for many years now and so far, we haven't encountered any serious problem with it.

Strengths: Clear sound, reliable telephone, built to last, easy to use

Good quality phones. Great customer service, Avaya Inc. employees are very helpful and knowledgable. Accurate quotes, fast deliveries, and a wide selection to choose from. A great vendor to do business with!

Strengths: Good quality phones, they work well, we use them all over our facility and they never fail us. We got them for a good price, and delivery was fast.

we use their phones all over our facility and they are very useful and reliable. the phone have very clear hearing almost noise cancelling and they are very durable just incase you drop them. their price range is awesomely convenient and their phones are top of the line.

Ourcompany is very much satisfied with Avaya Inc. They offer best services. They have hood customer service. The phones that we are using in our company are working well. The amount we are paying is very worth because of the quality. Very efficient and convenient to use.

we use Avaya phones all over our building in offices, labs, and departments and these phones are so high in durability its ridiculous I have dropped this phone a multiple occasions and it never broke or cracked. the sound quality is also really good as well.

I use Avaya phone systems everyday. They are a leader in the industry in my opinion.

Strengths: Avaya phones are easy to use, and work well for conference calls, transferring as well as head set usage.

They are also an easy phone system to learn.

Needs to improve: None that I have come across yet.

The avaya phone system is reliable and top quality. The expert customer service and quick response tecnical teams are great support fuctions we appreciate. The menu of the phone system is complex at first but is overall a good system.

it seems like every conference call that I have been on uses an Avaya system. It works surprisingly well in a large room with large groups of people. They could do a better job with background noise.

We have slowly moved towards avaya communication products ( phones and telecom), the past few years. We are very satisfied with their service, how they were able to work with our timetable and offer great products and support.

Avaya telephones are exceptional to use for any business. Their phones are ver reliable and durable. My company has used their phones for years and we gave been satisfied with their service.
