Amazing service and sales support

Strengths: I manage an account with ITW/Paslode to supply our construction workers with pneumatic powered nail guns and fasteners systems. I have always used PASLODE products after a chance meeting with a sales representative. He gave me a demo tool to use for a week and offered a super great discount. I was sold on their quality right away. Since the first purchase, I have continued to be offered a good discount and volume supplies. They also make a gas fired, cordless nail gun system which is really unique and which we use in areas where we cannot use a compressor.

Needs to improve: Higher consumable cost for the cordless nailers.

Because our construction projects are under a tight timeline, we try to use as many products that will accelerate our timeline and PASLODE products are an integral part of this process. Their customer service department is also very helpful in trying to meet our firm's needs and we would definitely use this vendor again!

WE have ordered their air ratchets. They are a good product and they don't cost you an arm and a leg!!
