We had a great experience using PayPal with our website. It was easy to install. I love the tracking tools. You can see all your customers and their past activity.

Strengths: Trustworthy payment service. It's easy to set up with your ecommerce site. Fees are clear. They have great tools for tracking your customer activity too.

Needs to improve: Fees are higher than competitors but service is great and trustworthy.

I once had fraudulent charges on my paypal debit master card. They took care of it immediately. Very impressed.

Strengths: Paypal is great to use for most of my purchase orders that will except it. Now a days I dont feel safe giving a company credit card over the phone, and mailing a check will delay my orders upto 1 week.

Needs to improve: They do charge fees for using paypal.

I use paypal for a lot of things and i never like to use a credit card because there lot of scammers out there and i know my info is safe i have had problem with scams in the past but not since i got a paypal accont.

I've always had a good experience with Paypal, they've helped reimburse me in cases of fraudulent products I purchased online. I definitely enjoy having them as a payment option as they give reward points for using their credit card.

When I see that a website I am browsing uses Pay Pal for a payment options I know I'm safe to order. Pay Pal is a safe a reliable way to transfer money to my vendors.

Strengths: Pay Pal is everywhere! A lot of companies I buy from use Pay Pal on their websites. You know it's reliable with transferring your money to the vendor.

I use it to accept payment for those who want to use credit card. I also use it to pay for things from companies who take paypal.

Strengths: Ease of use. Free credit card scanner. I use it for those who want to pay by credit card. Web page is very good. Customer service good. Secure.

Needs to improve: Expensive transaction fee. Have to wait to get check.

Strengths: The strength of Pay Pal is that they simplify the payment process. I used PayPal to make purchases for the company I was previously working with and it was a seamless process.

Needs to improve: The weakness of PayPal is that if you wanted to cancel a current prescription it can be a little complicated to navigate.

Use paypal frequently to pay for services. Makes it easy to get reimbursed from my company. More and more companies are starting to accept paypal for payment. Will continue to use since it is easy and you can make payments with your phone at anytime, even while you are out in the field.

Strengths: Safe, convenient, easy to use, and fast. Whenever I purchase anything from ebay, I choose to checkout using PayPal. They also offer great customer service should anything go wrong with your purchases

Used Paypal to pay for some rapid prototyping. Was able to use corporate card and make payment through PayPal. More companies are jumping onboard so it making payments can only get easier
