Frustrating customer service. Their current app to allow users to pay restaurant bills is a best idea but when we tried it, the payment was rejected four times before it actually would go through.
Strengths: Commonly available as a form of payment on many websites.
Needs to improve: Frustrating customer interface. Tried paying a seller on ebay, and when the seller changed where they wanted to be paid, was charged double and had to argue for a refund. Also have some rude and crust ring customer service reps.
