Strengths: Great vendor for water baths and pumps. Their products have been reliable thus far. They're a great supplier of other lab equipment- pipettes, beakers, etc.

Needs to improve: N/A

Great place to stop when you need plastic parts right away. Was also pleased with using their silicone molding materials recently. Their staff is really helpful.

Strengths: Large selection of plastic sheets! Also have molding/casting supplies which can come handy.

Needs to improve: They close pretty early- check their store hours before going.

Great experience- appreciate how our products always come back on time, and they're also accommodating for some fast turnaround requests. Definitely provide reliable calibrations!

Strengths: Great support and trustworthy. I feel comfortable sending my calipers there, knowing they'll be back in spec.

Strengths: First stop for plastic tubing needs. They have a large inventory readily available. Their sales reps are also very responsive.

Needs to improve: Knowledgeable but also has a lot of proprietary information they are unwilling to share. This may cause some issues, when needing information to provide to the FDA.

Overall a good nitinol vendor to work and consult with. They have a variety of sizes, although some sizes may take up to 8 weeks to be delivered.

Strengths: One of the best nitinol supplier's I've worked with. Good customer service with knowledgeable staff.

Great customer service. Have called in with questions, and they have readily answered with the correct advice in adjusting the settings.

Strengths: Essential piece of equipment used to test mechanical joints all the time in a med device lab.

Needs to improve: The pin provided by Instron used to tighten the testing platens sucks- it bends easily and doesn't function well. Even the intron service people who come in say it sucks.

Needs to improve: Poor quality. If you need parts with tight tolerances, do not buy any machining equipment here. Your parts will be out of spec!

Positive product experience - the microblaster fits our needs and accommodates various abrasive media we need for our different needs.

Strengths: It's been extremely handy when prototyping machines parts to have a comco microblaster handy in our lab. Works great to surface parts and quickly deburr fine edges.

Very precise laser-marking, but the color itself was not as clear and white as we would have liked. Great staff who were generally easy to deal with and provided feedback and discussion during the process.

Strengths: Staff readily organized conference calls to discuss laser-marking a rather difficult part that needed to be rotated when marked. Pricing was comparable to other vendors.

Needs to improve: They suddenly moved last year, which took us by surprise when they needed to be offline for a few weeks. Luckily we did not need huge quantities yet, or else that would have meant rushing to find another vendor. Their laser-marking was also not as white and clear as we would have liked.
