PDCI Medical

We contacted PDCI and actually got to meet with them a few times regarding our needs in packaging. They quoted us a good price initially and gave us some great specs on their abilities and how they can meet our needs. Unfortunately none of that came to pass because they never followed through. We did get what we paid for, just took a really long time and it did not come out as we had hoped. We were not satisfied with the prototype and went ahead with someone else. These guys are very hard to keep in touch of after the initial meeting. Time is money, and that money isn't calculated into their quotes. We weren't disappointed in the prototype, it was what we had asked, we were disappointed on journey to the prototype.

I would have to agree with the other reviewer here. Their customer service is non-existent. No call back, no responses, nothing at all

Our R&D engineering department use PDCI Medical for die cutting capabilities as a source for our prototypes and production parts for Fische / Fish Paper for shielding for our PCBs. They were able to supply use prototypes that meet our drawing specifications. Their internal / external sales team was very knowledgeable when it came to schooling us on the capabilities of die cutting for insulation material. They were able to address all our concerns from a design and cost standpoint - great bunch of guys. We will continue to use them for future designs.

Needs to improve: they do not meet schedule deliveries on time - slip the schedule date when starting out the first time on initial design

Needs to improve: They are not interested in increasing their business. No response to phone calls or new business.

We are very pleased with their service they gave us a great pride and worked with us we got our materials packaged nicely all the way around no hassles At all
They packaged our materials very securely and sturdy .thanks again Pdci.
