Pioneer Rx

the software provided by Pioneer Rx is window based and pretty state-of-the-art. some of their features include the ipad/iphone signature capture, email/text customer notification, hard copy imaging workflow, MTM capabilities, patient adherence reminders as well as patient medication syncing. However, while they offer a lot of these "fluffy" capabilities, the types of processing that has a true value to the pharmacy workflow like adjudications and TPRs are not available. therefore, we used this software for a while and they have great remote technical support but did not have some of the basic but important feature we wanted
