Used Polcraft to develop several products for manufacturing, by using their expertise for machining to produce highly precision machined parts, go/no-go gages, fixtures for our robotic equipment. Sometimes their lead-times are longer and their pricing is higher, but they have a great track record with producing high quality parts & go/no-go gages, which out ways the delivery issues. Furthermore, we rely on their Quality Department for our FAI, certs, and COCs and they are top notch. They are a great vendor to work with, always willing to go the extra distance and very responsive when there are issues with any part(s) being machined; i.e., changes and revisions to machined parts, fixing incorrect part from other vendors. They seem to be able to take our last minute changes and keep producing our parts exactly per print.

My firm utilizes Polcraft to produce various prototypes for our medical devices. Their work has been consistent in quality and precision, even with the high level of tailoring which we require to meet our specifications. Their team is superb and knowledgeable, and have provided invaluable insight to our prototypes. Our only major issue has been that at times orders get backlogged and can lag in delivery time. However when the end product does arrive, its excellent by any standard.

Our firm sourced Polcraft to develop several of our medical devices for manufacturing by using their machining expertise. Polcraft is known to have a great track record for producing high quality parts so we decided to use them and were not disappointed. Their service was excellent and they walked us through the entire process and gave us peace of mind. The end product was also great and all done at very competitive pricing. I have had multiple opportunities to interact with their sales and customer service teams and both have been a pleasure to work with. They have a quick turn around time and their prices are in line with competitors. I would highly recommend giving Polcraft a chance.

Polcraft has helped our company multiple times over the past months with helping us with our prototypes. There customer service has been amazing to us. They have a great turnaround time so far for us! All of the custom work they have done for us has been well above par. We look forward to continue having them help us with our prototype work!
