My firm utilizes Porous Materials for the porosimeters that we purchase and have been happy to date. Their products are very well constructed, durable and most essentially, precise. Customer service is superb as they are always easy to reach with questions. Their sales reps are extremely knowledgeable and often offer insight, especially our main rep Tom. Lead time is as expected with accurate quotes, though a bit on the pricey side. Will order from again unless we find a cheaper alternative with equal quality.

Porous Materials is a solid vendor to work with. We've contracted them out for a few porosity testings with my staff and they were very knowledgeable and thorough, which are key characteristics of a successful testing company. Their thoroughness gave us tremendous confidence when they provided results and recommendations. Great overall.

The team there is very supportive and helpful. I had done a number of porosity experiments and testing with their team, and the team was very helpful in supporting me in characterizing and understanding the properties of the materials we were working. Very good precise instruments
