Professional Finishing

Have used Professional Finishing on a couple neuromuscular projects for surface treatment of devices such as stents and coils. We needed to find a vendor to provide us with a coating for our products to allow easy passage in tortuous environments such as the neuro vasculature. In prototypes and in previous tests we have had issues with friction causing us to have difficulty in delivering our devices in pig models and lab testing. We have worked closely with professional finishing to provide us with a coating specific to our device that allowed us to achieve the performance we were looking for. After much collaboration we were able to achieve the results we were looking for. Our experience working with PF is a positive one and we have consulted them on a couple other projects we have in store. If theres one thing I'd have to ding them on is that they are busy and can take awhile to finish a project. It really just depends on the time of year and how busy their schedule is.

We use Professional Finishing to finish our products with powder-coating. We have also used their services to finish paint with Matthews Paint. The final result of our orders has always been satisfactory.

Professional Finishing's prices are reasonable and they are very reliable.

I've worked with David for a few years. He is very informative and responds in a timely manner. David has also went out of his way and researched a powder-coat technique I was interested in and suggested vendors, as it was a treatment they did not provide. David is honest about lead times. He doesn't say it will take five days, then take 7 days. He will be honest and say it will take 7 days. I do appreciate this type of honesty (as most vendors will say what they can just to get the order). Deadlines have always been met.

We use Professional Finishing to coat multiple medical devices that we assemble in house such as stents, guidewires, catheters. We have been very happy with the coating treatment that PF is able to provide us with. The coatings help us achieve a certain level of performance that we have not been able to achieve with other coating services and still passes all of our biocompatbility testing as well. We have been working closely with them to make a custom product and they have been very receptive to it and always meets our specifications. Their pricing is fair but for the quality of service it is a great value. Their lead times are quick. Customer service staff is always friendly and willing to spend time with you to make sure you have all your questions answered.

We contracted Professional Finishing to add the finishing touches for some prototypes we manufactured for a client. We were impressed by their commitment and quality. They hold themselves to a very high standard. The customer service was very responsive and able to answer all of our questions. They were friendly and professional. They were able to get us our finished prototypes on time and at a great price. Overall we're very satisfied with our experience with Professional Finishing and will continue to work with them in the future. We highly recommend them to all of our colleagues.

In R&D Engineering we use Professional Finishing to paint some SLAs for a demo. They were able to supply us the parts painted per our specifications along with the symbols required in record time. Their sale staff was very experienced and helpful with the following: accurate quotes, information on the whole process, technical information, quick turn, etc... A great place for professional painting of parts, we will continue to us them in the future for our finishing requirements.

We are a small assembly that produces customized prototypes for clients, often components are ready to market products. We are limited in our capacity so we often outsource our finishing/coating to 3rd party vendors. Professional Finishing assisted us in a past project and we couldn't be more pleased with their results. Professional, thorough and ultimately, a clean, uniformed product was delivered. Great customer service, fast quotes and faster turnaround. Will continue to support and use.

Our firm used Professional Finishing services in order to apply a finish coating on some of our components in our manufacturing process. We have some uniquely shaped parts that needed these finishings, yet Professional Finishing was able to get the job done quickly and professionally. They provide quick service which helps us serve our customers better and their excellent customer service team works hard to make sure we are happy. We have had using professional finishing for years, they make everything easier and nicer than any products we have had used in the past. Wouldn't have chose any other business than this. They are very professional and have many different finishes for almost any floor! NO matter how big the order or custom it is, they do it very fast!

We contract out to Pro Finishing to "finish" off our products. They give a great surface treatment on our products that make them look so good. The finish also have lasted longer than other competitors we have tried. We have not had any complaints regarding the finish. Very happy to have them as a vendor.
