We contracted Prox-Tech Inc for the specialty power tools for our assembly. They're durable and reliable. We use them for numerous jobs around the factory. They've been dependable in a pinch. They're very easy to use and high quality. We looked through the catalog online before requesting one. Prox-Tech has a wide selection of tools. Customer service at Prox helped us choose the right tools for us. They provided accurate quotes, realistic lead times, and fast shipping. Overall great experience working with Prox and will continue to do so. Happily recommend to others.

Prox Tech supplies us with specialty power tools that we need to procure in order to build client prototypes. We're usually pretty impressed with their products, but every so often reliability issues come into play. Customer service is always quick to address in those times as their staff is well equipped to handle any concerns. Products when working are great, lead times could be better as well as pricing. Positive experience overall.

Our firm sources Prox-Tech for precision bench top tools that we use to prototype our medical devices. Their bench top tools have been very easy to use and very good quality. During my interactions with their customer service department, I noticed that they have a genuine interest in trying to understand exactly what we need. Their prices are competitive and their turnaround time is quick. We love this vendor and will continue to use them!
