most of our other vendors we work with use Quanta for their testing services which we do as well. we specifically use Quanta chamber testing. their chamber testing has the capabilities include a large quantity of different chambers for testing, with 1 large walkin chamber, temperature with either humidity or altitude chambers and also able to test for temperature and vibrations. when we used their testing services we were quite satisfied. they are a smaller company so we spoke directly with their team members and we received almost realtime results. we did also seek them out for their consulted services just because we already had them as a vendor and it would save us contracting time to go with them. they have a very new and small consulting dept. with engineers who are able to provide support in selecting specifications we needed to perform testing for our products. due to their limited workforce and in my opinion, experience, in this area, i would only recommend using Quanta for their testing services. we have decided to look elsewhere for similar consulting services

Strengths: multiple testing services offered ranging from chamber testing to special testing in the acoustic/solar testing areas. smaller company so you get to know the team you are working with and are able to get directly in contact with their members fairly easily. A2LA and ISTA certified, consulting services available

Needs to improve: limited consulting services, it is a very small sector of their company, small company which as mentioned benefits in communication with their staff but limits their services and speed of services.

I had always heard about Quanta but had tested with other labs because our companies had used them. When I joined my new company, I was told to use Quanta and I quoted my old labs. I'm now kicking myself for not using them earlier. When I toured their lab, I realized that they had way more equipment than other labs I had been too. They were easy to work with, provided quotes quickly, technically helped me figure out what spec to use and their price was lower. Since then, they have provided me contacts for test they don't do. I wish more labs could be like them and make it easy for us.

Strengths: We sub contract Quanta Laboratories to conduct tests with our R&D department. Were building new prototypes that require thermal and vibration testing. We have been using them for a few years and their team are very helpful supporting our needs. The level of analysis and detail in reports are very good.
They are a great vendor to work with. Quotes are accurate and delivery times are good. I would recommend them to anyone needing product testing. This company is very helpful and knowledgeable with testing and validation od products.

I have contracted testing services with Quanta Labs multiple times in the past. They are not a qualified vendor for our company, so they are mostly used for R&D development or feasibility testing. They offer special, custom testing as well as standard chamber testing. They have excellent chamber testing capabilities with large walk-in units and multiple atmospheric conditions available. They are always able to meet our needs and they have a knowledgeable and friendly staff. The reports are well formatted and comprehensive.

We currently have been going to Quanta for all our drop and vibration testing of our medical devices for a couple of years now. We are always satisfied with their service,the quanta technical staff does a really good job in getting your equipment up and running and any training you may need depending on your testing needs Quanta can assist you with that as well. I highly recommend them.

We are delighted with the level of analysis and detail in Quanta's reports. Their team is very knowledgeable in protocols and helped guide us through out the process. Quanta has done testing for our Research group. They have provided detailed reports that can stand up to notified body audits. They are quick to respond to inquiries and are very helpful. We had an auditor question an item in a report so we contacted Quanta. They came through for us and clarified an item in the report which satisfied the auditor. Highly recommended

We have worked with Quanta Labs in many times int he past. We have used them mostly for feasibility testing for our machinery on our assembly line. They are great at identifying bottlenecks and un-stabilized electrical components and also assist in re-calibrating these issues in working order. Their staff is also very knowledgeable with strong technical skills. We highly recommend this group.

We use the services for testing our coil release system electronic box and remote release device. The vibration, lithium overload, free fall and mechancial shock tests are just a few we choose for our medical device that allows use of our micro coiling system for Neurology.

I used Quanta Laboratories for vibration and drop testing equipment. The sales engineer came out and was happy to explain everything about the software and the best way to interpret profiles.
