My start up uses Intertek is our main source for electrical test certifications. We run a very lean operation so due to staff constraints, we outsource our testing needs. We've been pleased by Intertek's product quality, level of customer care, rigorous attention to detail which ultimately resulted in highly targeted and accurate results. Their expert staff kept us abreast of developments throughout the whole process and is one of their main selling points. Will definitely use them again.

Intertek did the initial RF electrical compliance testing for our generator system. This place rocked! They definitely know their stuff, and helped us determine what tests we needed to perform. They are really flexible as well, we could just drop off the system and they took care of the rest. When something didn't look right or they wanted to double-check something with us, they had great communication and immediately let us know so we could discuss. Great place.

Our firm has sourced Interek to obtain environmental and safety certifications on our construction projects. As our projects are on a very tight deadline, we need a company that will quickly work with us to keep our timelines and Intertek has always delivered. My interactions with their customer service department have been very positive as they are both helpful and very knowledgeable. Intertek's pricing has also been competitive and we plan on using them in the future!

We enlist the services of a few companies to do our testing. We used Intertek a few times and couldn't be happier with their quality of service and professionalism. They were very thorough, knew the industry very well and were prompt with their analysis. Customer service is always key as they've been great with follow up and addressing our concerns to make sure they stay on our radar. Quality team and will use again.

We have used Intertek several times for our EMC testing. They tech we had each time was very good and running the test and explaining things. The facility is nice and the EMC lab is big. It is pretty costly for the few hours of testing.

They understand and train on 60601.

Strengths: The techs we deal with are really good. They usually get us in to the testing chambers when we need. Nice facility. The people we deal with are very nice.

Needs to improve: It's pricey.

My company was in search of electrical testing equipment when we heard about Intertek. After talking to their representative we decided to give them a chance and it has been good so far. Their products are very intuitive and easy to teach. Their customer service is also very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to when questions arise. Will continue using them for our electrical testing needs.

We have used Interek for electrical testing certifications for our systems in our warehouse. Always great to work with. They are extremely efficient. They come in, and get the job done in quick manner, and offer great pricing too. Really cannot complain about these guys except I wish they were located on the West Coast!
