Excellent Field Service Support - Reliable Instrument

Strengths: We purchased a Ram Optical Instrument 2 years ago. We use the instrument in our R&D department for inspection and measurement of new fixture builds and design purposes. Since the time of installation the instrument has been reliable with very little maintenance. The software is easy to navigate. The field support is excellent. We were moving to a new facility last year and the pre- calibration was overlooked on our schedule. We had to be out of the building in 2 weeks so I called their Field Service Manager and explained our situation. The Field Service Manager was able to come to our rescue and got our instrument pre-calibrated and package ready to be moved. We were very please with their response to our urgent need.

Strengths: We recently purchased a QVI Starlite 150 for our R&D Department. The Quotes were accurate and on time.
We received the equipment as was projected. The next day their Technican showed up and setup the equipment and walked us through some basic things which we needed to be aware. The Field Technican was professional and knowledgeable with the equipment we purchased. It has help us a great deal with Visual Inspection and design engineering. If you are looking for a high precision measurement equpment, I would recommend their products.

We have several RAM Optical systems for measuring small or compliant parts. The systems are consistently in use and continue to function reliably. They are ideal for compliant parts which cannot be easily be inspected by traditional contacting equipment.
