haven't dealt too much with their customer service yet.

Strengths: Our company recently started utilizing Ricoh as our preferred vendor. Although it's still being rolled out, the Ricoh printers seem to save trees as they only print out when you swipe your badge. That seems to save from printing things multiple times that get picked up by other people. So far, it seems the printers are reliable, however they are new, so we will see in a few years when the printers get worn down a bit. hoping that there won't be as many paper jams as there were with xerox.

Needs to improve: nothing so far

Very knowledagble technician and always shows up professionally.

Strengths: We contracted with this vendor for their service contract. Most people are already aware of their pritners and copiers but unaware of their service arm. I signed up with them to provide service to the 20 plus pritners we have spread out over northern and southern california offices.

Needs to improve: The SLA for same day service is sometimes not fast enough when we have impending deadline. This is something I'm looking to renegotiate in our renewal talks.

We use Ricoh copiers and printers at work. They are very dependable and produce excellent quaity copies and they run for a very long time between paer jams. They are more costly than Xerox and Canon but well worth the price.

Strengths: Ricoh makes very high quality copying machines and printers and digital cameras. their business equipment is built solid and very reliable.

Needs to improve: Very expensive

We use RICOH industrial printers and copiers in our office; they were definitely pricier than their competitors but have proven to be much more reliable in the long run. The ink is decently priced and we rarely ever have to call their support technicians to come out for service.

Strengths: Great quality printers/copiers

Needs to improve: Pricey

We use Ricoh for our photo copiers. They last a long time and their ink is cheaper than other brands. It also very user friendly.
