T Mobile customer service has always been courteous, but there is little they can do about the lack of coverage they provide. Where you are using the service is always a factor as well so I'm not discounting that. As with any mobile provider you need to do homework and pick the best provider that works in the area you operate the most.

Strengths: T Mobile has always been a leader in mobile pricing. It is great their service allows you to make calls over Wi-Fi which other providers don't allow as of yet. Also recently they have expanded their product line to be more robust to be in line with the other major players.

Needs to improve: Biggest problem with T Mobile always has and always seemingly will be their coverage. Could be why they were so quick to allow wifi calling. I almost want to say Sprint has better coverage and that is saying a lot.

We once used T-Mobile as they provider of service for cell phones. While their plans do come at excellent prices, they have the absolute worse service anywhere around. Calls are dropped constantly you can barely get cell service in most places. They also have very bad customer service when you call them to either request a plan change or for anything customer service related. I highly, highly DO NOT recommend them as a cell phone service provider.

Our experience with T-Mobile USA has been average at times. Customer service has been easy to deal with. They've handled all our situations professionally and took good care of us. Again the only issues we had were network connectivity. We hope that can be improved over time.

Strengths: T-Mobile has created a better identity to the consumer. They carry the latest smartphones and other wireless devices that consumer utilize. They have recently upgraded their network that helps those who couldn't get reception.

Needs to improve: Even though they have recently upgraded their network, the mobile network isn't as expanded as their top competitors. Dropped calls, no network availability is still a problem with this company.

We currently offer employee benefit discounts for tmobile which is a huge hit with our employees. They love being able to have a certain percentage off their family or individual plans and really appreciate the company's benefits packages. Price for the discount benefit is a lot lower than other providers, however tmobile's network also is noticeably not as strong or big as its competitors.. However, for the price difference it is worth it, and the employees love the benefit.

better than sprint, but probably not as good as verizon. i've used them in the past for a company phone and it was decent service. my preference is verizon, but they are usually more expensive. t-mobile is a good alternative that is cheaper and is able to offer better data plans.

decent provider considering the costs and features. i've had good experience with them in the past, although i'm currenlty with verizon, i would probalby choose t-mobile as a second provider if i had to change plans

Have them for my last company. They had great service when I had my work phone through them. I say they are good on a lower scale for a business account.

T-Moble provides my business with affordable cell service. Unlimited data is a bonus!
