they are great all the workers are friendly and talkative. the people on the phones are very helpful also. they are always here within an hour. always up for the task at hand.

Strengths: Licensed and insured company. very knowledgeable workers who know what they are doing and where to look to locate the clog. have all the tools and equipment they need. we are under contract with them so we do get a discount for work needing to be done. they are 24/7 emergency service. i've had to call them at 2am several times.

Needs to improve: Haven't found any major weakness. they had sent a young kid who came on an emergency call at 2M. thought he had fixed the clog, but come morning it just clogged back up. so they sent us another worker first thing in the morning when i had called. he fixed the problem in 30 minutes tops and no charge

Whenever we a plumbing problem, we always call Roto-Rooter to come out and solve the problem. Their plumbers get to the job site fast and then find and fix the problem with lightening speed as well. Their plumbers are extremely friendly and are very professional at what they do. Roto-Rooter also has excellent prices and accurate quotes for their services, which rarely ever exceed the initial quote. When they are done their plumbers fix everything up and test everything to make sure it is working, and really are true all around excellent plumbers, I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

Roto-Rooter has been around for years, and is a trusted name is plumbing. So for that reason I think they are great, but there customer service could use a little work.

Needs to improve: The experience I have had when having to call in to customer service for Roto-Rooter was not good. I didn't feel as though they were listening and really concerned with the issues I was having at our office. It just seemed as though I was bothering them when I called in. However when the plumber actually came, he was very friendly and got the job done quick.

This vendor is respected and reliable in plumbing services that we used. For years we used them for quality services, dependable, efficient and effective service, fast turnaround times and price that is low cost. The customer service representative are bad that i think they are not interested to my issues. That is the only issue i hot on them but the rest is real good! Try this vendor really recommended and helpful!!

We had a pipe bust in an overhead started leaking water down flooding the ground floor of our parking garage called roto rooter and poof 20 min later we had a tech out fixing it. we have also used them to snake sewage drains and runoffs all in all a great company

Strengths: Great response time paired with a friendly tech makes for a great strong company with the parts on hand to fix almost any problem you may come across!

Needs to improve: A bit expencive but for the great service makes it well worth the extra coin.

we called roto rooter to come fix our drainage and the best part was that they were able to work around us to prevent us from stopping production.

Strengths: roto rooter is the place to call if u have any problems with your draining system. At work we have a production wet floor where we do a lot of draining and sometimes our drains would gets clogged. thats when we call roto rooter! they come get the job done in matter of time

We have looked over hundreds of business to come over and do a lot of our building plumbing and they by far have the best prices for the service they offer! Roto-Rooter is a name branded plumbing service. We have used them for commercial purposes in our warehouse. They were very responsive and came by our location within the day. Our problem was fixed promptly and within a reasonable price. They can be trusted and get the job done.

Needs to improve: With our experience we do not have any major weaknesses besides maybe cheaper pricing.

We call roto-rooter for our emergency plumbing needs when the plumbing service hired by the building management isn't available. As i'm sure most of their calls involve emergencies, they are great at responding quickly and handling the issue, as well as managing the customer's situation and expectations. Have had good experiences with them for issues with faucets, toilets, and leaks, and will continue to use them for such situations.

Old and rusted water pipes at the warehouse broke and it flooded some section of the area. We called the local Roto-Rooter guys and they quickly responded. They replaced the broken pipes in no time (less than an hour) and did some inspections to make sure that other parts of our plumbing are okay so we won't experience the same problem again. They did a great job overall.

We contracted Roto-Rooter as we had a clog at our facilities. They were on site quickly, offer a quick quote over the phone and stayed within budget after completing the job. Customer service was great as they made sure to follow up and ensure that the blockage was cleared. They got the job done in a short amount of time. Great to have on your emergency rolodex.

Roto Rooter came out to take care of a backed up toilet, and did an exemplary job. The technician worked efficiently and rapidly, and had the job done well within the one-hour minimum charge. He was courteous and professional. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided.

We had a clugged toilet at work and my company called roto router they wrap everything around so it dont spill and unclogg the toilets they have very professional techniqs to do it and highly knowlegeble staff.
