We use Royal Paper Box Co to custom design our shipping containers for our home units. We supply them with the product for shipping and they come up with a design that can get our product shipped across the country safely. Their engineering group is knowledgeable with all the specifications required for shipping containers, outside printing, registration and bar code printing, they supply us with custom samples, accurate quotes, assume delivery, etc... The boxes are very durable and reliable - can withstand the rigors of testing. We have been using Royal Paper Box Co for a few years and will continue to use them in the future.

We had a problem recently with our packaging inserts that had markings on them. They were very quick to come in house to look at the parts and gave us reimbursement for the rest of the lot of bad units. This company has excellent customer service and is very willing to work with you and fix any problems that are made on their end.

Strengths: Very efficient with responding to your emails and doing anything they can to help if there is any problems with the product made for you. Customer service reps are very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

We have used royal paper box mostly for our product shipping. They helped us passed validation without any problems and we have been using them since then. Customer service is very helpful to solve any problem and ask us if there is any rooms for them to improve. The order always arrived on time and the price is very competitive with others.

royal paper box carries a wide selection of standard boxes that are perfect for packaging medical devices. their pricing is affordable and they send their standard boxes quickly. we also looked into purchasing custom boxes from them, but ended up not needing to since we made their standard stock work for our needs.

We have had royal paper box vendor to us for years now. Love their custom work and website, very easy to order and make custom orders for our shipment and projects.
