Safeway

Most of the time we used Safeway as our food service to our company. We often used it for weekly groceries in our company and for staff treat or birthday parties. We also uses this for delivery of food for breakfast or lunch and I am very satisfied for the delivery they make because it is fast and convinient to us office staffs and for the employees. Their customer service is friendly and when you call they are helpful to your concerns. Overall Im very satisfied for their services.

Needs to improve: Some items are not that good quality and a little pricey

We held a seminar at work and we had Safeway cater with their party platters. The food came out great! Just note that only a few Safeways have the party platters.

Needs to improve: Only some of the Safeways have party platters available. When we first ordered for our work event, we had to go to another Safeway to order.

Great customer service. Easy and helpful over the phone orders in which my company orders from very often. Fresh food and fruit always ready for order. Pricing can get a little high but food is very worth it. Enjoy:)

Staff was friendly and always asks me if I need help.

Strengths: They carry a lot of organic items that are great for the office kitchen. I also like that I can purchase items and apply them to my rewards program.

Needs to improve: Not enough locations but their prices need to be cut to be arould Ralph's and Vons.

Although I do not like the crowds, It is a very nice and clean place to go grocery shopping

I've used Safeway for our company's weekly grocery shopping. They have great service and decent healthy choices. Their selection of healthy food is not very good.

Had a farewell party at work for a employee and I wanted to bring sandwiches from Safeway. Deli section is fast with good customer service and served me with good quality with no issues.

We always have meeting in the company every month. Employees suggested Safeway for foods, drinks and snacks for they were convenient and fast service staff. I will continue to support safeway.

We buy cakes here when we have birthday celebrant in our company. We run there to buy donuts/bread for breakfast.

Lots of convenient locations. The vegetable tray I ordered contained some snow peas that were browning.
