Always a joy doing business with safeway my experiences have always been pleasant. Amazing job on there customer service. just one example we had an order for 20 sandwiches and one of them was wrong they not only replaced it with the correct order but gave voucher for free sandwich on next trip in.

Strengths: We order 10-20 sandwiches from the deli on a daily basis we have a standing order and they are always on time, correct and reasonably priced. Great customer service. Always love to see the smiling faces when coming in to pick up our order. This is a great company to do business with!

Needs to improve: Could use more checkers waiting for customers to check out. Would love to see them rid the parking lot of the looters and tramps panhandling every warm body to enter or exit the lot.

I use Safeway to cater business meetings or events. They have a great selection of things to use for business meetings such as meats and cheeses, these items also come at a excellent price and if you have a club card (which is free), the deals get even better. Also all Safeways have a knowledgeable, friendly staff who is always putting you or your business's first. They will help you make sure that you have exactly what you need for your business meeting, staff event, or similar event at work, which makes your life much easier.

I highly recommend Safeway for use in both Business and Personal matters.

Needs to improve: Some smaller Safeways have a lesser selection, and generally not a deli.

We used Safeway and their delivery once a week for our office. We would order pretty much everything (chips, fruit, lunch meat, bread, yogurt, drinks......). They were hit or miss on being on time. They are great for packaged foods items like chips and drinks, but we stopped ordering fresh produce from them. I swear it seemed like they always picked the crappiest stuff and gave it to us.

Be sure to check your order because they often times don't fill the complete order.

Needs to improve: horrible at giving/picking produce. Incomplete orders.

we mainly get our snack bar and weekly breakfast for the staff at my company with safeway supplies because they are really close to us. while they do not have large quantities its still a good option for us because our company is small and when we have our weekly breakfast with our team, we are able to get just the right amount of food. Moreover, they are starting to have a larger variety of organic foods which is very important to us!

Clean stores, great service and selection.

Strengths: We use Safeway for Office consumables and snack items. When you have guys working 24-7, Safeway is a great store to use, since they are also open 24-7. Once, when we ran out of packing tape, the local Safeway had a supply and kept us working and able to deliver our promised order on time the next day. We also have used their deli for catering services, staff lunches and office parties.

Needs to improve: Daytime can be really crowded. After hours, sometimes there are limited staff on hand.

One time when there was no more fresh fruit trays, someone in the prep foods department was able to make one up for me on the spot while i shopped for the rest of the supplies for our office gathering

Strengths: Always fresh fruit displayed on party platters and fresh veggies as well. Always have a good selection of cold case items like potato salad, cole slaw, etc.

Needs to improve: Sometimes the selection of party platters is depleated and hard to find what you are looking for

Just last week my business had a lunch meeting to discuss various topics that would take a couple of hours or so. So we provide lunch for all the employees. We order a variety of sandwiches through safeway and they were excellent. As well as the price. I really had no complaints about the service I received. They were a great addition to our meeting. Everyone seemed to enjoy.

I ordered some sandwiches for a business meeting. The buying process was a little awkward and slow but the good taste and price made up for it. The sandwiches were well in my budget and the taste exceeded my expectations. This is a great place to get good quality food without breaking the bank. The sandwiches were also ready earlier than expected which is another plus.

great customer servies. one time I bought a cake from them and it tasted really bad like it was old topping and i lost the receipt they exchanged the cake for me with no questions asked!

The club card, the greatest thing ever! please open more 24 hour safe ways please!

Strengths: i love that with the club card the prices make it a whole different experience to shop at safeway. my go to grocery store and has been for years!

Needs to improve: Definitely more organic products at better rates. The organic fruits and vegetable prices are ridiculous.

Many kinds of bread and fresh seafood that make us always remember to go there on every Friday.

Needs to improve: Some display space for meats have bad smell when a little bit closer.
