Every company has confidential files, data and hard drives, and what every company needs is a way to protect that information. Shred-it has provided our company with just that. They have helped us dispose of not only our paper work, but also hard drives and DVDs containing confidential information that we need to be protected. We were worried that our information might be compromised by having another company "destroy" our information, but Shred-it has proved to us that their service 100% guarantees that our data will and can NEVER be found/recreated or accessed no matter what. They pricing is also reasonable in the fact that most companies charge a flat rate even if u are just destroying a small file. Shred-it charges based on how much you need to destroy, charging you only what you need!! We recommend this to anyone who needs trusted privacy, Shred-it is the company!

almost all companies will agree that client/customer/patient, etc confidentiality is should be a priority and that goes for my company as well. we are a small non-profit company and although we do not work with bigger clients, we still value the privacy of our individual clients. We have a monthly pick-up with shred-it and our location has 3 containers provided by shred-it. We have a monthly prearranged pick up with them and have never had a problem with their service and we have been a client of theirs for almost 4 years. scheduled pick ups are always on time, staff/driver is always nice, polite and professional. We have even been able to schedule on the spot/same day service with them for no additional change to our monthly statement. will definitely continue our partnership with this company.

We have a great relationship with our Shred-It guy. Also, we haven't had any major issues and have used them for 10+ years. I do not foresee us changing, based on their level of service.

Strengths: We're able to securely shred confidential paper documents we no longer need. Also, we use them for CD and DVD media disposal, as well. Great customer interaction with the Shred-It guy that comes around every week.

Needs to improve: This might not be a weakness of Shred-It, but the bins aren't clearly marked as to what is and is not considered confidential by our company. As a result, I see people sometimes putting FedEx envelopes in them. Shred-It may consider a service for allowing companies to easily post what's considered confidential (or refer them to a standard operating procedure), to allow for unnecessary expense.

All in all it has been an amazing service. they provide a great service to us. Have great customer service to boot!

Strengths: We deal with lots of confidential materials on a daily basis. Shred it is our go to recycle company as they come down to our facility twice a month and shred the paperwork right in front of our building in this giant shred truck. they are always on time and always work with a smile on there face. Great company to do business with if you find yourself in need of large scale shredding.

Needs to improve: it is a bit on the pricey side but well worth it and still cheaper than doing it all in house!

I have worked at my new job for about 3 months now. I have seen Shred-it come in there for a few months now. They seem to always be friendly and they always have a smile on their face. They shred all of our documents that are old and needed to be destroyed. They are always on the ball when they are shredding documents for you.

When it came down to figuring out what to do a colleague referred us to Shred-It. They were very responsive to our inquiries and we ultimately decided to work with them. Shred-It was extremely safe and reliable. They got rid of our documents and we never had to worry about them again. We're grateful for their services. The company uses Shred-It to discard confidential documents within the company per our SOPs. There are shred boxes throughout the company, which allow all personnel to discard important documentation, papers, etc.. at central locations within the building. Being a medical device company we want to maintain our corporate secrets and using Shred-it allows us to maintain. The folks at Shred-it are able to keep our confidentiality by securely disposing of paper documents - a company you can trust.

Since our company deals with customer's personal information, we need a company that can dispose these documents appropriately. That's when we contacted Shred-It to handle the disposal of these important documents. They have been very reliable - arriving timely on the scheduled dates. They provide us with bins that are locked and secure to make sure no one has access to these information. The company gets in and out quickly - taking care of business without any disruption of our daily business. We will continue to use them.

we use shred it to shred all of our pharmacy documents. they provide us with containers for our documents that we have in the pharmacy once they are full we seal and they are picked up as scheduled. you can schedule a regular pick-up date with this company as we do and if you need them to come in more frequently you can do that as well. the drivers are always on time, very helpful in helping us load our boxes.

Durable Shred-It Box for the safety of your important documents that needs to be shredded

Strengths: My company uses Shred-It to dispose of our documents. they send a big box where you only have to drop off any papers or documents you have into the slots no bigger then a binder (which is locked up) where everything will be secure and self until an Sherd-It employee comes to shred all the documents.

Needs to improve: Takes time if you have a lot of documents to dispose of...need to have at least one bigger slot to throw stuff away

Shred-it is a excellent provider of secure/confidential document destruction.They will do this very fast and securely and make it so you do not have to worry about those documents again. They have excellent customer service and will easily accept any size load to be shredded. They have excellent prices for destroying materials, and I highly recommend them.

Our warehouse had a large quantity of raw materials that needed to be shredded and disposed. Shred-It took care of that need for us. We called them and got a quick quote. It was reasonable and the job was done quickly. We were able to get rid of the excess inventory that we did not need and had to move out of our warehouse. Great vendor for shredding purposes.

Our consulting firm has many client sensitive documents and material that we can not afford to dispose of in a regular fashion. A few months ago, I decided to replace all of the computers in the office and after backing up all of the data from the old systems, the old hard drives needed to be destroyed. Shred-It was able to destroy and dispose of all the hard drives for very a very low price. I will not hesitate to use them again for electronic data destruction.

We currently use shred it's services for our sensitive document control shredding. They come down to our facility twice a month to empty and shred our unwanted documents. Their service techs are always professional and curtious and do an exceptional job at handling our unwanted documents.

we have been using shred it's paper shredding services for a few years now and they are extremely convenient with pickups. we have a few of their shredding bins around our production departments and they come in once a week to pick up and haul off all of our unwanted paperwork. their reps are very friendly and work very efficiently they're in and out before you even know they are in the building.

We have turned to Shred-it on several occasions to dispose of electronic storage as well as large scale document disposal and have been satisfied every time. They have many locations around the country, and their onsite service is really great. Additionally, the website is intuitive, easy to use, and very informative, including quotes for disposal work. All in all, a great service to keep handy, especially for compliance purposes.
