We contracted Shred It to make sure all of our proprietary info and confidential documents remained that way. They were very professional and got the job done quickly. Customer service was great and kept us updated throughout. Once completed they followed up routinely to make sure we were happy with their services. So long as our private documents stay private, we'll continue to use their resources!

With a previous employer a minor duty of mine was to interact with Shred-It by means of letting them in the building, showing them what was to be disposed of for the week, signing the weekly paperwork and recommending them (or not) for contract extension to the higher-ups. The service guys were always friendly, well mannered/professional and on time.

I use Shred - It for work and personal items. The boxes are locked and it's a good feeling knowing my confidential information cannot be shared with anyone. We have a scheduled pick up arrangement with them.

Strengths: We have Shred-It boxes located in all our buildings to recycle documents and toss out confidential material that can't be put in the trash. Shred-it helps the environment as well.

We have many shred it bins throughout our departments and are very satisfied with our service. The bins are perfect size to store out of the way of traffic. The shred employees come to empty the bins regularly and are very friendly. The bins have locks on them for customer protection and privacy. Very trustworthy company.

Shred it usually comes in about once or twice a month and disposes of all of our drawings and sensitive paperwork and makes sure they make it so no one can make out what it was. That's whats great about them. They do their job well

Dealing with confidential medical information, it is crucial that we have a good system for document disposal. Shred-It is pretty hit or miss. They get the job done, provide a bin for the documents, etc., but they show up late, cancel appointments, and and are difficult to schedule pick-ups with.

It's nice to have a company that will properly dispose of large amounts of confidential information. It beats having to sit next to a shredder for half the day after a project is complete and all the pertinent released documents have already been filed away.

I've worked in medical for years, and these guys seem to be trusted everywhere. The documents are disposed of properly, and HIPPA guidelines are diligently followed. I've only ever seen the bins that are about 3-4 feet long, however, they offer smaller ones if you ask.
