High Volume / Low Mix - Price is competitive - Fast to resolve issues - A Lot of Capabilities

Strengths: A global electronics manufacturing company for original equipment manufacturers. They are one of the largest classified as Tier 1 level EMS company around. They offer full service from Total Turnkey, Combo and Consignments. If you are looking for a source to build your products in high volume this is the place to go. Their capabilities are basically endless. You name it they can build it. I have use them in the pass and to build DVD players overseas and the quality met our expectations. Initial start was a little slow but once we gave the green light they took care of business as usual. Delivery was on time and price was competitive.

Needs to improve: It was hard at times in contact with the Program Manger

Solectron has been one of our main suppliers for our firm, great selection and very high end quality. We have had no major problems with Solectron in the past. We had some small issues and the customer service line helped us right away with ease. Very great staff and will do business again.

Strengths: great selection, good customer service, quality is high and very durable.
