Starbucks

At the office, whenever I ask the staff to come in early, I always have Starbucks cartons of coffee and baked goods on hand. The staff really appreciates it and it does not cost that much. I only wish they would deliver.

Strengths: The coffee and baked goods are always consistent and reasonably priced. They provide very nice catering cartons of coffee that keeps the coffee fresh for a long time. They also have a variety of teas that are very good.

Needs to improve: They do not deliver and their specialty drinks like lates and frapachinos are not suited for catering.

I stop at Starbucks almost every morning to kick start my day. However, more importantly I have used Starbucks to help cater our morning meetings, inservice meetings, and they have been very accommodating in donating gift cards, cups, and even coffee if advance notice is given. I love their support for schools and lending a helping hand.

Needs to improve: Occasionally the order has been wrong but it happens.

We had a last minute corporate breakfast with regulators. We were told all 15 wanted some sort of coffee beverage but didn't care about specialty flavors too much. We called a local Starbucks (they share a parking lot with us) and they took our order and even delivered it to us before the meeting began. The only fault would be the pricing but for a rush job that can be expected.

Strengths: Speed, quality, service.

Needs to improve: Their prices are really high!

For morning meetings, I always go to Starbucks to pick up pastries and coffee. Lots of convenient locations.

Needs to improve: A little pricey on the some pastries.

I often order the coffee traveler that holds 96 oz of coffee. It's always a hit at early morning meetings.
