we reached out to steller tec for product design assistance. this company has engineering and R&D manufacturing capabilities to offer support. their engineers collaborated with us and they also assisted with us in helping us gain FDA approval. their engineers are very knowledge and their consulting team are responsive, provide fast turnaround time for results. you can contact them and their team members will give you a general quote for the work. their quotes and fees are reasonable and customer service is great

My start up uses Stellar to maximize our medical device assembly efficiency by sourcing a wide range components from them. Their high level of customer service attention to detail and product reliability makes them a good choice. They offer a wide selection and make things simple for a smaller start up like ours. The reps are always quick to address our issues irregardless of the order size. My only complaint is that pricing can improve. But overall we are satisfied and would order from them again.

We rely on this company for a lot of their medical components, the catheter products being one of our most popular. They have never let us down, and always make sure we get the products we need in a timely manner.

Strengths: Stellar Technologies employee's are wonderful they always work one on one with you in order to get you exactly what you need and at the best price using the best quality materials. They have great customer service and communication skills along with a friendly easy going attitude, making it easy to trust and rely on their products for the running of our company.

stellar technologies is a capable vendor when it comes to laser welding and micro machining. their staff prides themselves in delivering high quality parts on time. i haven’t had a job (mostly small prototype runs) that they’ve turned down yet. they get excited about pushing the envelope of their capabilities, although they do take some time to hone in these processes before sending product out for my review.

Needs to improve: i have not experienced any weaknesses with stellar tech in the 3 years i’ve worked with them

Stellar is one of the few places that have the capabilities to make small parts and maintain tight tolerances. Their supply is consistent from lot to lot and issues were rare. If your company has capital, they are one to keep, but pricing was a challenge for us in the long run, though they did work with us as best they could. Highly recommended if you just have one of those stubborn parts that no one else seems to be able to make.

Stellar was able to help us where most vendors couldn't. Their attention to detail is superior and quality of components unmatched. I worked on a difficult component that went through several vendors until we finally approached Stellar. Their attention to detail finally allowed the nuisance of a component to be one that required minimal management thanks to the great team there. Pricing was a bit higher but was easily justified considering how many lots we had to scrap with other vendors. Highly recommended.

We're a small scale integrator and we routinely source components from Stellar to maximize our assembly efficiency. While price us to is the most determining factor, Stellar's level of customer service and ultimately, product reliability keeps us coming back. The reps are always quick to address our issues irregardless of the order size. They offer a wide selection and make things very easy for us as small firm. Great product and greater customer care.

we have contracted with Stellar technologies for our assembly line, and they have awesome advice coming from their customer service team. They really know how to help their customers and value them! Great business ethics coming from Stellar. We have done many custom orders and large orders, they never turn down the job no matter how difficult it can be.

Strengths: great products, fair pricing and high quality tubing and metal sheets. The variety in products is amazing.

Needs to improve: none at the moment

We had bought raw Niti tubing from them and had them laser cut. They did a great job. The only thing is they don't have vaieties of tubing in stock so have to order from somewhere else and that took a little longer the job to be completed.

We have used their services in the past for our air compressor needs for our pump assembly's. These pump assmbly's are for life stabilizing medical devices so quality is very important and Stellar has delivered everytime.

Strengths: The one major strength of Stellar Technologies is their custom tools built to order if needed.

Needs to improve: They can be pricy depending on what you need and what materials you request.

We have used Stellar for very detailed tooling and also manufactured components. They have impressed us overall and enjoyed the work they did do for us. However, they out priced us due to our small volume, so we moved on to another vendor. I would still recommend Stellar for their quality and ability

I have worked on a number of projects with Stellar, and they have been an exceptional company to work with. The capabilities of the company and the team is superb. They have a vast array of capabilities from CNC to laser to grinding capabilities. Highly recommended!

Stellar Tech is stellar! They deliver high quality products on time. They really excel at cnc machining and laser welding. Stellar will even take on product orders that are very small. However, my only pet peeve is that they take a little bit of time to actually get the product to you.

This is a vendor and provider of manufacturing. The raw materials are high quality for medical device manufacturing. The services of micro machining is very precise and reliable. They are a solid vendor for us and we use them frequently.

This company provides us raw materials, screws, and more They offer affordable price pretty much everything on their product they give you good deals that you cant turn down Shipping and handling is always reliable the way the package your product and shipping it fast.
