Other than my first phone call everyone there is so helpful and make you feel appreciated as a customer.
Strengths: I was have trouble deciding what setup to go with in our shop, I gave Sugatsune a call and with out hesitation they offered to send someone out to go over the different setups with me. what great customer service
Needs to improve: The first time I had called Sugatsune the person who answered the phone was very rude. After a few weeks I decided to try and call again and could not be happier

We used their hooks and latches for our device. They are great quality and are really good if you need it for a product that will be commercial.
Strengths: High quality and innovative hinges, latches, hooks, and brackets.
Needs to improve: none
We only purchase lock screws for our electrical medical device box closed permanently after manufacturing process. So, secure lock screws are reliable and good quality for our needs.

Sugatsune parts are usually purchased through distributors. Mcmaster carries some parts.
Strengths: Well finished standard off the shelf hardware
