Strengths: Swagelok offers the very best in pneumatic fittings and valves. They're quality is absolutely the best in the industry. You can count on swagelok to meet the demands of anything you throw at them.

Needs to improve: As great a product as Swagelok puts out, they are some of the priciest fittings in the market. If you're working on a budget conscious job, you might want to look elsewhere. If money is no object, rest assured, Swagelok has you covered.

Used them on SS tubing and vinyl/poly tubing. Not a huge fan due to the permanency of the assembly. Only way to replace damaged components is to cut the tubing shorter and replace ferrule and inserts.

Strengths: Good selection of swage-able fittings for fluidic and pneumatic applications.

Needs to improve: If I can avoid these, I will. Need to be careful not to overtighten. Push to connect fittings work well in many applications instead of these. Be sure to order extra tubing inserts (easy to crush, hard to extract from tubing) and ferrules!

Swagelok has all the connectors that a lab would ever need. Parts are made of high quality and are easy to use. Parts are shipped out fast. Sales and Customer service staff have been extremely helpful in find in the right products to meet our needs. The products are easy to use and come in a huge variety to meet you needs. Pricing is competitive and volume pricing is available. I have never had any issues with Swagelok...highly recommended.
