Overall I prefer Verizon because I travel across the US and need coverage wherever I am. If I lived in a area that T-Mobile covered I'd consider them due to their pricing.
Strengths: Competitive pricing.
Needs to improve: Their cellular network is not as expanded as others like Verizon!

Went to Mexico and was able to roam with my data plan for free.
Strengths: They offer unlimited data and free data access globally
Needs to improve: Smaller network compare to Verizon and AT&T
