Tap plastics supplies my work with high quality plastics like tubing, plastic connectors and adhesives to produce our dialysis machines. We use their products on a regular basis on the production assembly line. Their adhesives are very strong and easy to use on our lcd panels. They hold very well under the assembly process. Tubings are also great. Reliable products. Superb customer service support on all of our orders.

we use their plastic brackets for many of our boards and tubing here in the lab on a daily basis and they have held up just fine so far. we have just recently starting using their plastic brackets in some of our new testing prototypes on our assembly line and they have done excellent and withheld many stress tests. A+ in my opinion.

We have used TAP on many occasions to fabricate acrylic enclosures for our R&D Lab. You can upload the dimensions directly onto their website and place an order. They carry adhesives as well as many other acrylic based materials. Their staff is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Service is dependable and pretty quick. Only room for improvement may be in pricing.

Few of our designers have used Tap plastics when sourcing plastics and acrylics and materials for custom one-offs or small batch engineering. They have been pleasantly surprised by the good quality and relatively low prices, with ease or ordering custom or getting good service in finding what they need. They are a great plastic store. they have plastic in a large array of sizes and shapes. they can even cut their selection for you if needed. however because their selection is random you might not always find a piece that you need. You can special order but it may take some time.

We go to tap plastic when we need plastic tubing and we dont have time to place an order. They have great customer service. And they are very knowledgeable when it comes to plastic and adhesives.

We use them of rour mfg eng group for development of the release system box for our coiling systems. The box is used to send a pulse to the coil to release. The outer shell or cover is plastic. The engineers are always working to improve the box. TAPS plays a role in that.

We used them to fabricate safety guards for our equipment. They are excellent at taking a rough sketch, suggesting which plastics to use, and assembling them for us, for a great price. They are local so it is also very convenient for quick turnarounds. Highly recommended.

Used tap plastics to help create an enclosure for our motor tester. The enclosure helped isolate the operator from the rotating shaft. Also used them to fabricate another enclosure for a water cutter that had prox swtiches built into it.
