Strengths: I Purchased several custom made ploycarbonate electronic test fixture housings from them for the testing of laser control boards. Also purchased containers to ship non-sterile plastic capillary tubes for use in a diagnostic test kit. this company really provide good services and pleased to say im very satisfied with them

We use Tap Plastics to prototype some of our plastic designs, when our primary plastics manufacturer is unavailable. They are quick to turn around our parts.

Strengths: They have several locations around the bay area. Good in house expertise. Usually have plenty of stock. Decent turn-around times.

Needs to improve: They are a little on the high side for pricing.

We have purchased plastic containers from Tap in the past for general usage in our warehouse. They can customize any container of size and durability to fit your needs. They were very fast and knowledgeable as well.

Great place to stop when you need plastic parts right away. Was also pleased with using their silicone molding materials recently. Their staff is really helpful.

Tap is a good local supplier (Mountain View) for a variety of plastic parts, adhesives and processes. I am seldom using the materials exactly as advertised, but you can get surprisingly far down the prototyping path with the materials that they stock.

Tap Plastics has built several water tanks for me for my bench testing. I've only needed to supply a rough sketch and they do the rest. The quality of the finished product is very good and the staff is very helpful.

If I need plastic sheet, it's where I go. I have also gotten polyester resin from them. If you need it right away they are hard to beat. If you need larger quantities their prices become less attractive.

Tap Plastics built some custom covers for some of our machines, they were great when we knew exactly what we wanted but don't ask too many questions

We order our acrylic display stands from Tap (Dublin, CA). They do good work and usually have the items we need in their local store. The displays are great for showcasing new dental products to our patients
