I have procured TI's catheter drilling systems for a few companies I have been. Their systems are very reliable with little maintenance needed. Their hole punches are of excellent quality, and can hold small and tight dimensions. They also had the option of automated catheter drilling systems. However, spare parts were expensive and lead-times were longer than they should be. We also had to develop guards ourselves to meet OSHA requirements, which was disappointing. Excellent repeatability of the hole drilling however.

We use their hole punches for our systems and have not had any issues. Systems are of high quality that yield effective results. Customer service is helpful and offers a variety of solutions. Ordering is quick and easy with great lead times. Will continue to source from so long as our clients are happy.

We use the drilling tool for plastic tubing and other materials for Catheter development. The drill is precise and diameters can be micro. Good quality tools and very reliable. The customer service is very knowledgeable!
