Improve Overall Manufacturing Efficient - Good and Reliable Machine - Easy to use with one push button but you need to know all the in's and out's.

Strengths: We have five Teradyne Automated Test Machines. We have been using them for years and has never failed to perform as expected. They are being use on both shift 5 to 6 days a week by or rework and board test department. It's not a cheap setup but it's worth it because it's a time saver for manufacturing process in Identifying board and/or component failure with a quick solution for repair. In addition to the ATM you must find a vendor to build you bed of nail test fixture. Which can be very costly. However, once you have the software and test fixtures in place, the machine will run like clock work. We have their support team come in on site for calibration and maintenance once a year and they do a terrific job.

Needs to improve: The investment is costly with the ATM, Test fixture and software. Depending on the size of the company, not every company can afford the investment.

We currently carry 3 of their circuit board testers in our facility. We have had these same machines for a long time and we put them to work on a daily basis we will roughly test around 800-1000 boards on each machine in a two shift rotation. Their customer service is great as well if one of our machines goes down they are very good at getting a repair tech over to our facility to get us up and running again.

Strengths: They have some of the best circuit board testing equipment in the electronic industry.

Needs to improve: These things are big they generate a good amount of heat and they are pricy. But they have great customer service to go along with their product.

Temperature sensors that are top notch quality, we use them in the medical devices we manufacture, they work good, they never fail us. Competitive prices,accurate quotes, with quick turnarounds. With a wide selection, we buy in bulk, and ordering them in bulk is never a problem, our orders are always delivered on time, no delays, even though we place big orders.. Good customer service, with excellent support staff. A great company with quality products, and I high recommend it!

we use their circuit board testers on a daily basis to test and calibrate our circuit boards in the production department. their circuit boards tester are very reliable and extremely accurate with every single job. their testing equipment has never let us down and is always dependable for every calibration job on a daily basis. the price range on these circuit boards testers can get high but if you want quality you have to pay a quality price.

we recently had to place an order for quite a few circuit boards for our machines and we were surprised how easy and fast it was to receive them on time and fast we are happy that this is where we came to purchase them .we were not disappointed at all .very pleased by them and their staff.they were a great help and they were very polite when we had questions .that's a plus and we will be back.

We've used Teradyne's products when testing circuit boards in our consumer electronics. Great inventory and spectrum of components that allow us to make sure all of our products are working correctly prior to our finalizing production. Clients are always confident that our products will work as described and that is mostly due to the quality assurance we're able to provide as a result of Teradyne. Happy to recommend and will continue to use.

They have great customer service when ever we have a problem with our teradyne machine they send a tech out the same day for repair. We currently use their teradyne for our circuit board testing to make sure we have no shorts in our tracers. It's a durable piece of equipment we have been using their equipment for years.

Needs to improve: Their equipment can be pricy but well worth the price.

Our facility was in need of circuit boards and we received them from Teradyne Inc .we are very happy with this company and look forward to ordering again.the staff was great they are always very helpful ,we received our order fast and on time .

We source a number electronic components from Teradyne, namely circuit boards and testers. Product quality is great as we have yet to be disappointed. Their service reps are extremely helpful and able to accommodate our orders (even though our varying volume). Ordering is easy and lead times are realistic. Quality components as we have had no issues with reliability as they keep our products running efficiently.

Great speedy tester and great alternative to flying probe testers.

Strengths: My company has been using Teradyne In-circuit Test stations for 20+ years now. Great way to electrically test printed circuit boards. We also have purchased these $250k machines for our off-site stuffing house to test our boards 100%.

Needs to improve: Board fixtures is an additional charge. These must be programmed at our facility to ensure the right electrical components are tested and passed within specs. Very time consuming.

My start up orders a number electronic components from Teradyne, such as circuit boards, testers, and sensors. Product quality is superb as we have yet to haven any major issues. Their service reps are very knowledgeable and able to accommodate our orders of varying volume with ease. Ordering is straightforward and lead times are decent. Great products and a great team behind it.

There electronic components are durable and reliable definitely satisfy are quality standards.
