Both the test equipment (Texture Analyzer) and the Exponent software are extremely user friendly, and have a multitude of customizable options and features that many competitors do not. In the Exponent software it is very easy to create and edit projects, as well as create macros that can do almost every form of analysis you would want. The software comes with several industry standard projects that you can simply select and then begin testing your samples. Texture Technologies also offers a variety of clamps and probes to test a multitude of products. The support staff works constantly with the equipment running tests and doing their own research, so they are very knowledgeable and able to help troubleshoot or offer suggestions. I would highly recommend using Texture Technologies products whenever possible!

I needed a piece of mechanical test equipment that was more repeatable at lower values than the larger MTS and Instron single column testers. After doing research, I found the texture analyzer by Texture Technologies. It worked so well for our applications that we have implemented them company-wide. Recently we provided training for over 15 associates and have began converting test methods to their equipment. They have a variety of testing fixtures and are willing to work with the customers to help design custom fixtures and applications. Another wonderful feature is the Exponent software that comes with their machines. It is easy to collect data one day and analyzes in multiple ways over time as needed. Highly Recommended!

We have used Texture Technologies in R&D engineering in conjunction with manufacturing to evaluate metal properties. Texture Technologies has the capability to analyze material at their facility. In addition, they can supply the Texture Analyzer, Exponent Software, Custom Fixtures as required. Their internal sales / engineer force can supply quotes, design assistance, data sheets, knowhow, etc... A great place to go for material analyze when you are only doing a minimal amount of time - life savers.
