Overall, a great company and product.

Strengths: Bilstein USA manufactures high performance shock absorbers we use for our off road vehicles. We use Bilstein exclusively for these vehicles as the provide great performance, improved ride and handling qualities and last for a very long time. They are twin tube gas shocks which stand up to punishing use. The shocks carry a lifetime warranty and are re-buildable, allowing for a longer service life. Their carry a wide range of products and we have never experienced an inservice shock failure. Bilstein is an original manufacturer for numerous vehicles lines including Porsche, Ferrari and Subaru.

Needs to improve: These shocks are at the top of the price range compared to competitors. But due to the quality of the shocks, I believe "you get what you pay for"
