Not good-I ultimately cancelled/stopped my service due to a couple incidents.

Strengths: Company is getting pretty good and competitve

Needs to improve: They are untruthful to gain from customers. (Bad Experience)

I get a company discount for signing up with T-mobile which saves me money. It's great, they have affordable plans and the signal I get in my area has been good so far. Another plus is that there is no early termination fee!

Strengths: T-mobile use to be a substandard company. Now they are slowly improving each year with their prices and plans.

Needs to improve: Signal strength is weak at smaller cities and rural areas.

T mobile has great service plans for afordable pricing. Also they're call center is very resourceful and the rrepresentatives are very helpful.

Strengths: Great service! I hardly ever lose bars anywhere I go!

Needs to improve: Screens crack too easy. They need tougher screens!

I have t-mobile service through my work. I get corporate discounts for just being an employee which is great! I save alot of money annually.

Strengths: No early termination fee. No contracts

Needs to improve: No discounts for non corporate employees
