My experience with United has been great. They offer many nonstop flights. Which is something the executives at my firm require.

Strengths: United provides amazing service. All of the executives at my firm prefer United over any other airline. Simply due to the level of excellence that they provide.

Needs to improve: They tend to be more expensive than other airlines.

I think United has excellent service and are very reliable to work with.

Strengths: The strengths of United is their reliability and that they have a lot of no-stop direct flights.

Needs to improve: The weakness of United is that they tend to be a bit on the higher end in terms of price point.
