I use Jet Blue often for corporate travel. I nerve have any complaint. It's a wonderful airline

Strengths: Exceptional service, friendly staff, quality aircraft, entertainment provided on all flights, reasonable pricing

Needs to improve: They don't fly to as many cities as other airlines

We often buy our computer components from Newegg.com. They always have what we're looking for and the staff is always very helpful. The shipping is always very quick as well.

I've used budget for rental cars needed during domestic travel for executives.

Strengths: They seem to be one of the more inexpensive rental car agencies. They always have what I'm looking for in economy models.

Needs to improve: They don't really have that many hybrid or luxury model vehicles

Every time anyone from my company uses southwest for business flights, the flights are never on time.

Strengths: Southwest provides frequent flights at reasonable prices.

Needs to improve: The flights are never on time. Regardless of the situation. You can always count on your southwest flight to be delayed.

I use the neopost machine daily to stamp outgoing mail in my office. I'm very happy with the results.

Strengths: Easy to use. Accurate scales. it gets the job done.

We use Web ex which is a software provided by Cisco for our weekly meetings. We've been very happy with the service. It makes communicating with employees that can physically be in the office, that much easier.

HP is one of the systems that we use in my office. It's a quality system that I'm very happy with.

The only printers we use in our office are Xerox brand. I use them daily for all of my many printing needs.

I've used Stamps.com for my small business a few times. I wasn't happy with the service, so I cancelled my account shortly after it was opened.

Strengths: They have an easy to use platform for acquiring postage

Needs to improve: They claim that you receive a "free trial" but in reality, it's just a scam and they continue to charge your credit card. Even after you've cancelled your account several times.

I use Square frequently for my small business needs.

Strengths: They offer a fast and easy way to use your phone to accept credit and debit cards while doing business on the go.

Needs to improve: None. It's my go to mobile payment device.

I use Trinet weekly to access timesheet, benefits, wage works etc.

They provide wonderful service and the website is very easy to use & navigate.

Strengths: Greenbar delivers locally, they also have a wide variety of choices for catering. I appreciate the high standards they have to providing fantastic catering choices at hard to beat prices.

My experience with United has been great. They offer many nonstop flights. Which is something the executives at my firm require.

Strengths: United provides amazing service. All of the executives at my firm prefer United over any other airline. Simply due to the level of excellence that they provide.

Needs to improve: They tend to be more expensive than other airlines.

A client of ours went to pick up a vehicle, for use during his visit to our offices. The vehicle was not ready when they said it would be. Also the staff was very rude.

Strengths: They have quality vehicles and are reasonably priced for our business needs.

Needs to improve: This particular location is awful. I would not recommend them to anyone. Not only did they not have the vehicle ready as requested for the client. The manager and associate refused to fix the problem.

My company uses Palio D'Asti mostly for catering breakfast meetings. The clients are always thrilled with the pastries, fruit and breakfast parfaits that we order. I would recommend their catering services.

Strengths: They are always on time with delivery. The food is always fresh and delicious. The pricing is perfect for the area.
