My experience with Associated Services has been good. They are quick and prompt to pick up their line and assist their customers.

Strengths: The strengths of Associated is that they're very friendly and have excellent customer service.

Needs to improve: None

My experience with Samsung has been good - they have well-made quality products that are one of the best on the market.

Strengths: The strength of Samsung is the quality of their products - which are top of the line. They are very well made and are durable. We have a lot of Samsung products (phones, laptops, etc.) at work - and we've always been happy with their products.

Needs to improve: None

My experience with Shred-it has been great - and I'd recommend their services to a company wanting to safely dispose of confidential documentation.

Strengths: The strength of Shred-it is that they ease the worry of shredding confidential documentation. We've used their services many times in my office and appreciate their service.

Needs to improve: The weakness of Shred-it is that on occasion they would come into the office a little late than what the appointment had confirmed.

My experience with Amazon.com has been amazing. It eases the need of wanting a product and wanting it fast. Their service is exceptional.

Strengths: The strength of Amazon.com is their large range of products and fast shipping. I've order office equipment from Amazon and with 2-day shipping - it gets delivered at work on time.

Needs to improve: None

My experience with Concur has been fantastic. My coworker and I have recently started using it at our office and it's been wonderful.

Strengths: The strength of Concur Technologies is their simplistic approach to preparing expense reports.

Needs to improve: None

My experience with Carey International has been nice. All the executives in my office enjoy being driven by Carey.

Strengths: The strengths of Carey International is their excellent customer representatives for booking arrangements. They are more than helpful when accommodating special requests.

Needs to improve: The weakness of Carey International is that their drivers will on occasion not go to the specified pick -up location. This hasn't happened too much - but it's still occurred.

My experience with PayPal has been very convenient and helpful.

Strengths: The strength of Pay Pal is that they simplify the payment process. I used PayPal to make purchases for the company I was previously working with and it was a seamless process.

Needs to improve: The weakness of PayPal is that if you wanted to cancel a current prescription it can be a little complicated to navigate.

My experience with Wells Fargo Bank has been exceptional.

Strengths: The strength of Wells Fargo Bank is their excellent customer service and value to each customer. They simplify the process of setting up a direct deposit - and always answer any question pertaining to your financial needs.

Needs to improve: The weakness of Wells Fargo is that on occasion there will be a slight delay in processing of my direct deposit paycheck - but this has only happened once before.

My experience with Staples has been good. I value their customer service and their wide product range.

Strengths: The strength of Staples is that they provide everything needed for last minute items needed for the office. We have a location walking distance from my company and I've occasionally made Staples runs to get something. They've always been very friendly and helpful when I'm looking for something in a rush.

Needs to improve: The weakness of Staples is that they don't do office deliveries for same day requests.

My experience with UPS has been very good. If UPS ground isn't set-up outside my company the UPS delivery people will be courteous and take it off my hands. This gesture is very much appreciated since there isn't a UPS location in my work area.

Strengths: The strengths of UPS is their timeliness and friendliness. We have the same UPS delivery people come in every morning and they always are very personable.

Needs to improve: The weakness of UPS is that they don't set up their ground pick up stand everyday - which can be very bothersome if you have to get a package out for delivery the next day.

My experience with Adobe Systems has been great. It's a useful product/service - the PDF aspect has been the most helpful.

Strengths: The strength of Adobe Systems Inc. is the service their software provides. My IT department has Adobe on all of our computers and use it regularly.

Needs to improve: The only weakness I would say is the price point and having to install updates - but that's somewhat trivial compared to the product.

My experience with Verizon has been great. They provide a fast, reliable service and we're very happy with having them as our phone provider at my company.

Strengths: The strengths of Verizon is that their service is one of the best on the market. We use their service for our firms cell phones and we're very happy with Verizon being our carrier.

Needs to improve: The weakness of Verizon is that sometimes there's high data roaming fees.

My experience with Advantage Rent-A-Car has been borderline. It's been great because they do provide a great service - but their reps aren't always readily available.

Strengths: The strength of Advantage Rent-A-Car is their excellent customer service - which is very helpful when needing a car as fast as possible.

Needs to improve: The weakness of Advantage Rent-A-Car is that sometimes it' difficult to communicate with their reps.

My experience with Jet Blue has been good. I value their dependability and their service.

Strengths: The strength of Jet Blue Airways is their dependability of flights - it makes booking travel a lot easier knowing that airline is known for their dependability.

Needs to improve: The weakness of Jet Blue is having to book as far in advance as possible due to their popularity. This is great for Jet Blue - but for people booking travel - it can be a little bothersome.

My experience with Hertz has been enjoyable because of their customer service representatives being extremely helpful when selecting a car.

Strengths: The strength of Hertz is their large variety of cars to choose from and their reliability.

Needs to improve: The weakness of Hertz is that their prices tend to run high.

My experience with Southwest Airlines is that their many flight options are very convenient when booking travel. The only issue I have is that their Customer Service Reps are difficult to get a hold of.

Strengths: The strength of Southwest Airlines is their many flights to choose from. They make selecting an ideal time easy.

Needs to improve: The weakness of Southwest Airlines is that with my experience it's been sometimes tougher to get a hold of a customer service representative.

My experience with Virgin America has been fantastic. Their prices may be on the higher end but for the overall experience you're getting for the flight travel - it most certainly makes up for it.

Strengths: The strength of Virgin America is that their customer service is excellent and always exceptional.

Needs to improve: The weakness of Virgin America is that their ticket prices tend to be on the higher end.

The many locations throughout the country makes their lack of car model choices fairly insignificant.

Strengths: The strength of Enterprise Rent A Car is that they have many locations throughout the country, which makes finding a nearby location fairly easily.

Needs to improve: The weakness of Enterprise Rent A Car is that they don't have a large variety of cars to choose from - at least from my experiences.

I think United has excellent service and are very reliable to work with.

Strengths: The strengths of United is their reliability and that they have a lot of no-stop direct flights.

Needs to improve: The weakness of United is that they tend to be a bit on the higher end in terms of price point.

My experience with Avaya has been good. We use their product everyday at my company and are highly satisfied with their phone system.

Strengths: The strength of Avaya is that their phone systems are durable, easy to use, and is a quality product. My office uses them for our phone system. They're being used every day - everything from incoming/outgoing calls, to conferene calls - the phone system is an efficient and a durable quality product.

Needs to improve: The weakness of Avaya is that on occasion our phone system won't receive incoming calls if the phone is slightly off the hook. This is clearly inconvenient since my company receives many phone call throughout the day.
