Customer Support at United Biologics was great! They answered all questions we had, and offered helpful and knowledgeable suggestions. They even shipped a sample vascular model to us so we could test out the product before purchasing. We needed a custom silicone vascular model, and they were able to accommodate all of our needs that were different from their standard models. Pricing was fair and shipping was very fast!
