a large insurance company with regular medication service insurance as well as medicare part D coverage for patients 65 older or those deemed handicap. we work with Uhealth daily for insurance adjudication, rejects, TPRs, etc. they have allowed our pharmacy to implement override codes for easy rejections such as dose change, vacation orderride, etcs so that we may resolve the issue quickly at the pharmacy level rather than contacting their pharmacy services line. this is tremendously helpful for our workflow allowing us to help patients quickly. if there are issues, their pharmacy service line is available daily, even weekends and are usually able to resolve issues immediately. great insurance company to work with

we work with UHealth daily in our pharmacy because a lot of our pts have uhealth insurance plans. we have a designated number we can call to get in contact with their pharmacy helpline to resolve insurance issues and their representatives are very knowledge, helpful and have always been able to get things resolved quickly. this is a great characteristic to have given that pharmacies can encounter insurance coverage issues multiple times a day.
