we use Ariba for their cloud and IT services for data processing. their service has extremely streamlined our work process and minimized wasted resources and kept us in budget. their have very smart and knowledgeable engineers backing their services and available for customer support around the clock. we have been very satisfied with their service and will continue to use their IT and cloud services

we order all our supplies for flavoring medications from FLAVORx. they have any flavor combination you can think of and even flavors that may be more appealing to pets/animals such as beef/bacon flavoring. we order online for our individual flavoring bottles. the test tool they have is the recipe for how much flavoring to add depending on how much of the medication is being dispensed and the drug NDC. this system gives us the exact amount of each flavor to add and whether water needs to be subtracted from the conventional amount needed if the medication were not be flavored. this is a great tool provided by Flavorx.

we use plantronics's wireless headset in model CS50 in all of our pharmacies. each phone has their own wireless headset that our employees use and gives them great mobility even while on the phone. our staff is constantly on the phone and with these headsets, they are able to walk around the pharmacy, do other duties while being on the phone. the headsets are very durable, and if you allow them to charge overnight, they will last the entire day. our staff is on these headsets almost 8hrs/day and if charged overnight, they will last. our staff loves them and we will continue to order these headsets for our company.

we use Enwisen's online Hr delivery system for all o our employees. we use them to cut costs, streamline processes, and allow employees to have access to training, HR info while at home. the interface also allows our employees to request time off and check the status of time off request from home. the user interface is clean, user friendly, and have made it very convenient for our employees. it has also helped us cut cost in our HR department as well.

our pharmacy uses Acer computers/desktops and monitors. our computers run 24hours a day, are never shut off and even during times when we are closed, they are still on. their computers work well with our pharmacy system and are very reliable. we have rarely had to contact customer support for issues with the computer. we recently received a company wide update from Acer and the systems are running faster than ever. in such a past-paced environment, we need systems that can keep up and Acer's computers do the job.

we have partnered up with Chek Diagnostics to use their A1C machine for testing for our pts. of all the machines and devices we use for testing for our pts, the a1c machine is one of the most easiest to use and the use interface is easy to understand. the display is easy to read and simple to reduce the risk for mistakes. the only downside even though we have ordered our material in bulk with Chek, their products are still very expensive. items also need to be refrigerate. However, the company itself is great, their staff is very knowledgeable and have a customer service line for product information

our company has partnered up with Alere to use their Cholestech LDX machine to perform our cholesterol testing for our patients. each of our pharmacies have a single cholestech machine and we order the supplies as we need it. The machine itself is easy to use and Alere gave great educational tools and handouts. however, there are a lot of unnecessary steps in setting the system up that is a downside. moreover, once the disk for the machine has been opened, it is only good for 30 days and given that the material is expensive, it is very wasteful. so while the machine itself works well and seems to give accurate data, the misc supplies we need for the machine is expensive and has short exp. dates

we have a very extensive relationship with HPSM because almost half of our patient population has HPSM has their sole prescription coverage. HPSM's pharmacy services reps are very useful and knowledgeable when we call them for TPRs, PAs and insurance reject issues. they usually are able to resolve issues with us while we remain on the phone. they're also very quick in responding to us regarding PAs.

this review is regarding our relationship with Abbott's sales representative in our region. There is a local rep for abbott in our region and our rep stops by our pharmacy once every few months to give us educational information/pamphlets for our pharmacy to use. we have a great relationship with him and he is available for us to contact if we have any issues. we mainly work with him on the medication Niapan. We recently attended an educational seminar held by Abbott for our pharmacist and it was very educational and gave us a good refresher. great company and our rep is great!

my company has partnered up with travelcare to use their software when we provide travel consultations to our pts. their user interface is very easy to navigate and it provides us with a printable travel report for our use and to give to our clients as well. the software also includes acquisitions tools, tracking and reporting, and a thorough training for our staff. there is a monthly fee that we pay to access this software but it does not limit us on how many times we can access in a months span. it has become a very valuable tool to our business

while we do not have some kind of contract with CDC as this is a free website. the information they provide is invaluable to healthcare professionals. My staff on almost a daily basis will refer to the CDC website for information regarding vaccinations, travel health and the most current health issues that may be relevant to our pts. they provide charts that are useful and easy to read that we have used in our office as reference. it is our preferred site for all of our travel health info/vaccination info.

my company has partnered up with Optum to manage all of our employees' health screenings that with their providers. when they get their lab results ordered by their individual MD's, it is populated on our personal portal with Optum which we use to generate their heath savings account. the Optum online user interface they created for our employees is very easy to use, clear and concise without unnecessary info populated on the site. the Mds we work with love it too

my pharmacy does compounding and we get our rare chemicals/pharmaceuticals from medisca as much as possible because they have the best rate and a large product range. we use our computer system to see what products we need and what vendors house those items and we usually always order from medisca. their products do not delivery the next day no matter how early you put the order in. it does take a few business days which is the only downside. other than the, the customer service is good, prices are good.

my company has partnered up with Outcomes to provide MTM services for our pts. we use the Outcomes online portal to conduct our services in house. they have made a few updates to their online user interface last year to make the site more user friendly and a lot more functional. they also have a customer service line that is available during business days to assist. the system is easy to use, easy to make adjustments and add/delete data. I just wish there was some kind of visible timeline for pt followup

as a pharmacy owner, we work with many vendors that provide products for our pts and we house a lot of diabetic testing supplies from Accu-chek. we had one incident where a pt needed a replacement and wanted us to call them bc his english was not that great and he was having a difficult time getting in contact with the representative. When our staff tried to call, the messages are very loopy and made it hard to get to a live person. it took us a lot of work and in the end we decided it was much faster to just have the pts MD order him a new device. they need to work on their phone system in making it easier to get in contact with a live rep who can help.

my pharmacy will use office max from time to time for misc. office supplies ranging from highlighters, pens, staples, notepads, paper clips etc. we have an existing account with them online so we get it shipped or pick up in store. obviously they have a huge variety of office products as wells as computer/printer/scanner devices so it makes it very convenient; especially having an online account. however, it is expensive especially for commercial use where replenishment is often

Uline has a huge variety of products ranging for paper supplies, boxes, wrapping, etc but my company uses Uline for janitorial supplies. we have an open account with them and have been using them for years with no complaints. they offer everything in wholesale/bulk prices. of course the quality is not as good as some of your mainstream brands but this is wholesale and for what it is, their product quality is good. they have re-ordering capabilities as well.

my company uses the TAS-cr300 model for our punch clocks. it connects to our kronos which is the system we use to maintain payroll. the 2 work well together and crown is durable and we have it hanging in the office. my only gripe with the machine is that the numbers can get stuck and my employees are not able to punch. we have called them a few times to come by and fix the issues but it seems to be recurring.

we work with UHealth daily in our pharmacy because a lot of our pts have uhealth insurance plans. we have a designated number we can call to get in contact with their pharmacy helpline to resolve insurance issues and their representatives are very knowledge, helpful and have always been able to get things resolved quickly. this is a great characteristic to have given that pharmacies can encounter insurance coverage issues multiple times a day.

this review is regarding my pharmacies experience with Sanofi's customer service team when our pt had an issue with their Lantus solostar pen being jammed and not being able to get the insulin out. We contacted their customer service line directly for the pt and the representative asked the pt a few questions to make sure they were using the device correctly and was able to give us a voucher to put into our computer system for us to dispense the pt a new pen without having to wait for them to ship one to us. this method is one of the best ive seen when working with mfg to resolve device malfunction issues.
