I recently purchased an encoder from US Digital. Although I knew what encoder I wanted, I called customer service to check to see if I had the correct information to order. They were quick to answer my questions and get my order placed.
Strengths: Their website is very easy to navigate and their customer service is great.
Needs to improve: Lack of products.
