US Post Office

Overall I have been very impressed with the US Post Office's service. They offer great service online and in-person, and allow you to stock-up on supplies to keep at the office, which is great!

I recommend their services for mailing small to large envelopes as well as boxed packages that don't need insurance or rushed.

Strengths: There are many physical locations with easy to use self-service kiosks.
Their online website has improved greatly. Shipping is quite inexpensive if you order stamps online.

Needs to improve: Insurance is not including with every shipping method. Just be aware and this shouldn't be a problem.

It is easy to walk into the post office and mail different packages that won't fit into the mail box. They have always been nice and helpful if I had questions.

Strengths: Can mail packages that don't fit into the mail box.

Needs to improve: They keep raising costs.
