My experience with Mixt Greens has been nice. Most important when catering with Mixt Greens is to plan ahead. They get VERY busy at lunch, so you need to call-in early and place your order ahead of time. When you do so, that simplifies the entire process. Then you can just walk-in and pick-up your order. I do not believe delivery is an option, I at least never used it. They can be a bit pricey, but their food is fresh and clean, positive eating!

Strengths: Healthy & Delicious!

Needs to improve: Pricey and gets very busy during the lunch rush.

My experience with Dollar Rent A Car has been great. I think it is important to have the right expectations when renting from Dollar Rent A Car. They offer reasonable prices, which means less bells and whistles. If you don't care what you car looks like, but do want to work with a reliable company with reliable rental cars, this is the vendor for you!

Strengths: Reasonable pricing. Many locations. Simple online system.

Needs to improve: Not the most attractive cars in the lot.

Based on my corporate experience, my favorite feature of Verizon's service is that one universal password enables anyone in the company to contact Verizon and make any modifications they may need. This is nice so you can either keep that password private, thus no one can modify the account. Or, you can share the password with select employees and not have to worry about facilitating every phone purchase etc.

Strengths: Many locations. In-store tutorials available for customers. Wide variety of phones, accessories and service plans. When traveling abroad it is very easy to enable international calling and data plans. Great coverage!

Needs to improve: A bit more expensive than its competitors, but that is because they provide a superior product and service.

While at a Software as a Service company in SF we hired some very well qualified and successful candidates via Betts Recruiting. The service Betts provides saves an immense amount of time, and provides better results than conducting your own hiring process. They are able to quickly understand the caliber candidates you are searching for and deliver these results. As well, they make the entire process smooth and effortless on the client's side, so you can go about your business and let Betts bring you the right people.

I have not worked with their NYC office, so I cannot comment on the quality of work and service they provide. However, I imagine it is the same.

Strengths: Well networked in the San Francisco Bay Area. A young, high energy staff that is passionate about Recruiting. They work hard to match the right candidate with the right opportunity. Experienced in staffing sales, marketing and business development roles at a variety of companies, especially tech and online startups.

Needs to improve: None based on my experience.

I have had a lovely experience with Corner Bakery. They offer a quick turn around and provide a reliable and consistent service. Delivery is a key feature of their catering!

Strengths: Catering available for Breakfast, Lunch and anything in between. Wide selection of items beyond just pastries. Their catering menu includes: eggs made to order, sandwiches, salads, soup, pasta, sweets and a full assortment of drinks. Locations nationwide, yet have a local "corner bakery" feel. Catering trays are nicely presented. Reasonable pricing. Delivery! Consistently on-time.

Needs to improve: Wish there were even more locations.

I have had an excellent experience with Starbucks! They make catering for small and large groups very easy. You are able to call ahead and place your order which may include ANY of their items, from specialty drinks, to juices, and pastries.

Strengths: Locations are everywhere. Variety of products. Able to pre-place order for easy pick-up.

Needs to improve: Can be a bit pricey. Something to note is their bakery items are not made locally, so if you are trying to impress out of town guests then I suggest going with a local vendor for your breakfast catering needs as that will provide a more personal touch.

I have had a solid experience with UPS. Everything about the company is reliable, from generating a shipping label, to the package pick-up, to tracking, and final delivery. UPS takes the stress out of shipping packages. Their UPS Mail Innovations is an especially great service if you are mailing a high-volume of items. Perfect during the holidays!!

Strengths: Reliable. Consistent. Easy to use website. Friendly Customer Support.

Needs to improve: Not always the most competitive price.

I have had a fantastic experience with Canon and their products, specifically their camera equipment. Our company used all Canon products for our employee pictures, photographs for marketing materials, etc. Canon products may be a little pricey, but due to the quality, durability and advanced technology, I believe purchasing a Canon product is an investment you will not regret.

Strengths: Incredible products, the best in the photography industry.

Needs to improve: IN regards to their photography equipment, none. I can't speak for every single product type they make.

While at a small software (60 ppl) company Logitech was our go-to company/brand for any computer, mobile, and conferencing accessories. Their products are excellent quality and they provide honest and reliable customer service.

Strengths: Cutting edge products. Continuously advancing their technology to stay ahead of the market. Products are built to last. Knowledgeable employees and Customer Service personal.

Needs to improve: None that I have encountered.

This review is specific to Intuit's product QuickBooks:
- My experience with QuickBooks has been wonderful!
- I have discovered the User can get as little or as much from QuickBooks as they want. The value of QuickBooks truly depends on how good the User is at entering data consistently. This product has many great features that are easy to execute.

Strengths: This review is specific to Intuit's product QuickBooks:
- Easy set-up. Courses/tutorials are easy to find. Suitable for a smaller company. Great financial analysis features.

Needs to improve: This review is specific to Intuit's product QuickBooks: - Their Macintosh version is not comparable to their PC version.

My experience with Wells Fargo has been fantastic! They have been around for a long time, and there is no doubt they will continue to stick around.

Most of my interaction with Wells Fargo has been in regards to a PMA Account, which is one other more elite accounts. Based on this experience I am very pleased. This account structure has few fees associated with it, and actually quite a few great benefits.

My #1 recommendation is to you go to a local branch and get the contact information of a Personal Banker. It is so nice to be able to call, email, and/or fax a specific person for all of your questions/needs.

Strengths: - There are many ways to get what you need from the bank, online, over the phone & in-person.
- Easy to use website. Able to easily access past statements, financial info, search past transactions, and pay bills.
- Simple wire set-up process.
- Personable employees.

Needs to improve: The only weakness I have encountered with Wells Fargo Bank is there were not able to offer the most competitive home loan interest rate. However, this is based on many factors and will likely vary depending on the client/customer.

Exceptional product and customer service.

Strengths: 1. Customizable features - you are able to make the product what you need it to be.
2. Knowledgable Sales Consultants - They truly work with you to identify your needs and determine what products suit your company's needs and budget.
3. Constantly improving - Salesforce.com is constantly improving and advancing their products.
4. Easy to use Interface - their system is visually appealing and easy to use. This makes a huge difference! Employees do not want to interface with a old or simple looking system.
5. Their system can be used by companies large and small.

Needs to improve: None come to mind.

My overall experience with Xerox has been great! Considering how heavily our Xerox machine was used, it is impressive their were such few problems. When there was a problem, I was immediately able to reach their Tech Support to trouble shoot the issue over the phone. When that did not solve the problem, they typically got Tech Support to our office that day or the next.

Strengths: They make reliable printers, copiers, scanners & fax machines. Most impressive is their customer service and tech support.

Needs to improve: Their weaknesses are few and far between, perhaps the occasional "lemon" product.

Whether shopping for work or for personal items, I am always pleased with Staples.

Strengths: Wide variety of products, they have everything from the basics to unique hard to find items. Staples employees are very knowledgeable of their products and matching their clients needs. Staples' website is very user friendly and has a nice "Comparison" feature so you can compare products you are debating between. Their shipping time is phenomenal.

Needs to improve: Price, sometimes.

I primarily used Cisco's WebEx service to sell software. This required hosting conference calls and online demonstrations with the WebEx system. I found Cisco's WebEx service to be quite frustrating and NOT easy to use. The access information was complicated and not ideal to share with a potential client. Also, the service often dropped. Perhaps this service has changed since I used it, but I wouldn't be wiling to give it a second try.

Strengths: Large company that is able to offer flexible pricing.

Needs to improve: WebEx service is not comparable to its competitors.

Overall I have been very impressed with the US Post Office's service. They offer great service online and in-person, and allow you to stock-up on supplies to keep at the office, which is great!

I recommend their services for mailing small to large envelopes as well as boxed packages that don't need insurance or rushed.

Strengths: There are many physical locations with easy to use self-service kiosks.
Their online website has improved greatly. Shipping is quite inexpensive if you order stamps online.

Needs to improve: Insurance is not including with every shipping method. Just be aware and this shouldn't be a problem.

FedEx is fabulous! My favorite part of working with FedEx are their employees. The Drivers are reliable and consistently go out of their way to schedule as many pick-ups as they can without sacrificing quality or delaying delivery.

FedEx's website is very easy to use. It is easy to get extra shipping supplies to keep at the office. There are many locations should you need in-store service. Might not always be the cheapest option, but you will regret using another vendor.

Strengths: Reliable service. Easy to use website. Drivers go out of their way to make pick-ups work.

Needs to improve: It might not always be the cheapest option.

I have had an exceptional experience working with Costco. I utilized their services while shopping for office supplies for a small business of about 60 people. Most everything comes in bulk so we were able to stock up on food and office supplies at a reasonable cost.

Strengths: Costco has a wide variety of products that are very useful to a small business, including: office supplies, food, furniture and toiletries. They offer pick-up and delivery, which is very convenient. They also honor a great return policy that makes it hard to shop anywhere else.

Needs to improve: They do not have every product you may wish for, but most are covered.

Our company used Iron Mountain for document disposal and archiving. Iron Mountain values confidentiality and is very easy to work with. There is no other company to go to for these services!

Strengths: Reliable company, trustworthy employees, and quality work.

Needs to improve: None I am aware of.

While working for a software as a service company I ordered various computer accessories from Newegg.com. The prices were fair and the items shipped extremely fast.

Strengths: Huge variety of products, fast shipping, reasonable pricing.

Needs to improve: There are no physical locations for easy in-person returns versus mailing.
