Vascotube

We have worked with vascotube as one of our main raw material suppliers for our stents. I have been pleased thus far with the quality of work and service that they provide for us. When finding a supplier it was very important for us that they could meet our high volume requests and also have the ability to rely on their work. We still do our own inspection on our receiving end obviously however having a company that produces good products always makes it easier for us. Our tolerances are extremely tight and I have been happy to say that they have for the most part met all of our expectations and we have had great yields, saving us time and money from having to ship non-compliant parts back to the company. The only thing that I would ding them on (and its no their fault) is that they are international and it is a little bit more complicated when it comes to logistically qualifying them.

I have had incredible experiences with the quality of the Nitnol tubing from Vascotube. They are my first choice vendor for Nitinol by a long shot. The quality of their tubes are impeccable as well as the precision of the final dimensions, and trust me, i have asked a lot of them to meet my demands. I have looked at literally every single nitinol tubing supplier on this planet, and Vascotube is still as of now for my applications by a long shot my preferred supplier. The pricing is also highly competitive and no compromises need to be made with the high quality that you get from this group. Vascotube is a great provider of metal tubing for medical devices. Our firm has sourced from them a few times now and had great results. Even though they are not located in the US, our orders have been delivered with very quick lead times. The tubing has been very reliable and has not given us any problems to date. When dealing with their customer service department, they have been able to answer any questions we have fairly quickly as well. With their solid pricing, and great products, we will definitely be using this vendor again in the future!

So far they have been great. They give accurate quotes and their delivery times have been exceptional. We order nitinol tubing for a minimum quantity. We order a few sizes with different wall thickness. Most of the tubings meet our specification. One of the sizes with thin wall out of spec but it is still best effort to see what is the range if we are going to order more from them so it was expected. Order came in on time and their pricing are similar to other leading companies.

they offer some of the best materials in their area. the pricing and lead time have both been exceptional in comparison with the competitors. basically makes it a super easy decision to choose Vascotube when they cover all angles with excellent pricing, excellent lead time and superb quality. sometimes lead times can be long if they have to start the production of the ingot from scratch, but still exceptional regardless.

We ordered from Vascotube as a second source of vendor for our Nitinol tubings. They can hold tight tolerance and we hardly had any issue with their work. We don't order as much as we want because of longer lead time and hard to get an overnight shipment.

Great quality nitinol tubes. Making small products, we require tolerances to be very tight and wall thickness to be uniform, which Vascotube meets well. Consistent and reliable from lot to lot. Efficient planning required as they are in Germany, to ensure on-time deliveries. However, they provide the best nitinol extrusions at an unbeatable price.

We have purchased ninitol tubes from Vascotube in the past for stents. Very high quality and easily integrated into our assembly line process. Lead time took a while since they are from Europe, but do not think that was an issue at all given logistical difficulties. Highly recommended.
