Walmart

My Walmart experience has been a fair experience. I've had great experiences there and then I've had no so great ones. If you need something and they have it, get it and don't ask any questions. More often than not, an associate won't know much about it. Prices again are hard to beat here.

Strengths: Walmart has a wide selection of just about everything. We utilize Walmart's electronics department when we are in desperate need of a part. Parts such as hard drives, digital cameras, power cables, etc can all be found here if you are in a pinch. Prices are outstanding of course as they have pretty much priced out all the mom and pop stores.

Needs to improve: Customer service isn't the greatest. Whenever you walk into a discount shop such as walmart, just know what you want.

Walmart has a vast array of products. You don't go there to be waited on or pampered. You go there because you need something and they have a vast inventory. I'd be more disappointed obviously if they did not have what I needed verses having pristine aisles and no selection.

Strengths: Walmart is a great place to go when you are in a bind and just need "That Item." Sometimes the red tape of corporate accounts, 30 day net, and shipping don't get it done. If it's something you need in a hurry, whether it be a peripheral or some office supplies, it's a good chance they will have it.

Needs to improve: You have to know exactly what you are looking for. Many times asking the opinions of staff at the store gets you nowhere. Going in the afternoon sometimes the aisles are chaos.

Most of the walmart products or items are for office purposes. Some of the stuff are pricey but there's a vast selection of other items for cleaning supplies for the office and bathroom. Their customer service is great and staffs are good and friendly for those who had concerns. Their website can be very helpful for those who are staying in the office and needed for a deliver. Overall their services is good and can be efficiently used by the staff on our company for office supplies.

Great place to shop other then not enough customer service, office supply's,cleaning supply's, break room snacks, only issue we had was no customer service the line was way to long.

Strengths: Everything in one place! Great customer service when you can find someone anyways.

We have used our corporate account with walmart to procure various supplies and equipment you'd normally find through a Walmart store. Their corporate account system is set up nicely and works well with our PO numbers and orders. Selection is huge, but we limit the goods we buy from them as the quality of brands and goods are limited to a few categories we're interested in. Otherwise, there are so many locations and prices are good.

Walmarts are everywhere, everyone goes to Walmart for one reason or another. They're inexpensive and have a huge selection. However we as a company have a difficult time going to them due to how they treat their workers. But that does not affect what we get from Walmart. They are a good last resort for office supplies, if you can't find a store open or an item anywhere else you're bound to find what you need at Walmart.

When we have gone into to Walmart to purchase office supply equipment, we can find things such as desks, chairs, or tables at excellent prices. The only bad thing is that the quality and inside of stores is not very nice, as stores are dirty and uncleaned. This makes a potential buyer, not want to come back, which brings business elsewhere. Other than that they have excellent prices and items.

Great. If you know what you want (after doing own research) and want best price with quick delivery/pick up, this is the place to go!

Strengths: Best prices, excellent selection of products that always seem to be in inventory. Convenient locations, and also easy to buy on their website, walmart.com

Needs to improve: Cleanliness and customer service of stores. You get what you pay for as prices are rock bottom so they cut corners on these areas.

When going into walmart I generally always know exactly what I'm going for and have no problem finding it however if I need help the customer service isn't always that great! Absolutely love the low prices!

Strengths: The low prices and the concise nance of being able to find just about everything you need when shopping there!

Needs to improve: Not always being clean and when asking for help the employees aren't always able to assist!

The product pricing is the only drawing factor to Walmart. The customer service is mediocre at best.

Our office uses Walmart for most of our supply needs. Given the large selection, we can find everything we need in large bulk and for a great price. Considering the price for products, Walmart offers great value. Customer service is also extremely helpful whenever we run into any issues. We will continue to turn to Walmart for many of our office supply needs in the future.

We use Walmart cleaning supplies for they affordable and durable quality products. They are lot of products selections from office, furniture, electronics and clothes. we use fragrance and sanitizer to our bathroom we oftenly go to walmart to get them for they are convenient place to go for all cleaning supplies you need. I absolutely recommend.

My firm gets all of its office supplies from Walmart with great pricing. We have never had any problems with ordering products in big bulk. The sales reps there always help and have great knowledge to help me get the right product.

For most of our office supply needs, we go to Walmart for its wide array of selection and great price. Although customer service needs improvement.

Self checkout is a plus; especially when the lines are long.
