Xerox

Xerox is a our one and only supplier of copiers at my work. They are large or small, fast, low-maintenance, and easy to use copiers. Xerox is very good at recommending copiers to fit any size job, since we have a very small office, they recommended a smaller size copier which has been absolutely perfect for our office. They have excellent customer service and in house expertise and send your brand new copier to very quickly. Finally the copiers come at excellent prices and are simply the best copiers around. I highly recommend them as a supplier of copiers.

Strengths: Xerox makes the fastest, most efficient, and cost efficient copiers out there. They rarely need maintenance and are extremely easy to use. Xerox is also a excellent, cheap supplier of bulk size copy/printing paper, also at a excellent price.

Needs to improve: None

We have contracted out through Xerox to purchase copiers at the store at which I work. The copiers that xerox makes are simply the best. When we have ordered through them, they make the purchasing of copiers easy and to the point and not complicated which relieves you, the buyer.Their customer service is great ad is an excellent guide through the purchasing process. Their copiers also come at good prices against other copier out on the market. The only thing that I have come to notice is that once you order a copier, it can take quite sometime to get to you. Besides that though, I highly recommend them.

Needs to improve: Slow Processing Time

My experience with Xerox has been mediocre - their product is top notch quality but their service representatives need to be more communicative and timely.

Strengths: The strength of Xerox is that their machine gets all office jobs done quickly and efficiently. We have several Xerox machines in my office and they are used on a daily basis.

Needs to improve: The weakness of Xerox is that their service representatives do not show up on time for their scheduled maintenance appointments. We've had an issue where the service rep never showed up for his schduled appointment. This delayed one of our Xerox machines getting fixed, which was in issue becaue all of our Xerox machines are constantly being used.

I have used Xerox equipment since college and throughout my working career. They make pretty decent equipment, the user interface is user friendly and intuitive and the copy quality is not bad. If given the choice, I think Canon makes better copying equipment in terms of copy quality, features and reliability.

Strengths: Xerox makes copiers, scanners and printers. Their high end industrial grade copiers are fast and produce decent copies in color and black and white. Their systems can be networked to allow for multiple user sharing.

Needs to improve: Cost per copy is pretty high, especially for color. When paper jam occurs, it can be pretty difficult to clear it out and reset.

My overall experience with Xerox has been great! Considering how heavily our Xerox machine was used, it is impressive their were such few problems. When there was a problem, I was immediately able to reach their Tech Support to trouble shoot the issue over the phone. When that did not solve the problem, they typically got Tech Support to our office that day or the next.

Strengths: They make reliable printers, copiers, scanners & fax machines. Most impressive is their customer service and tech support.

Needs to improve: Their weaknesses are few and far between, perhaps the occasional "lemon" product.

Customer service was very helpful and quick

Strengths: We use their printer a daily bassis. We make lots of copies for invoices and spread sheets. We rely on their printer on daily day use. The printer has many funtions we really need. For example copy on both sides, feed printing , scanning , printing in color and many more. Customer service has also been a great help. When their is something wrong they will come out the same day sometimes or first thing the next day. We are pleased to have their service.

Needs to improve: None

We rented a few high scale xerox multifunction machines but have since started using other companies. Xerox machines work well and are reliable, however their interface left something to be desired compared to other companies using slick UI, touchscreen, color screen, etc. Other than that, the quality was acceptable and I would not have any issues using again.

Strengths: Well known brand, good quality systems and support

Needs to improve: Interface can use a little work, other companies coming out with better systems

we use their printers in the lab to print out instructional documents for our production lines. their quality is unmatched and their pricing is very affordable. the printers are also light in weight which makes them very easy to move. the printers have always been very reliable to my company and we are very thankful.

Needs to improve: Newer equipment doesn't seem to be built like the older machines. While our experience is limited to our company, our newer printers and copiers require more frequent servicing than the old ones, which were built like tanks and didn't jam or break down as much.

We used a large volume network printer from Xerox for a long time. It served the office well, but It seems as if the competition has caught up to Xerox and there are better faster cheaper solutions out there for this type of office equipment.

Office uses Xerox machines for all units in our building. Every copy machine will at some point have an issue. Xerox is the easiest company to deal with by providing excellent customer service. Will continue to use their machines.

We use the Xerox printers non-stop. Pretty reliable for the amount of work that they do. Whenever there is a paper jam, the display screen allows for easy removal of the jammed piece of paper

The customer service is great and their technicians are very knowledgeable. We use their copiers for all of our office needs.

Strengths: Our copying machines are from Xerox. It is a great reliable machine and have never had any problems with it. The machines are lightweight and also reliable.

I use xerox printers in my office at my gym and they're printers are very fast and efficient. My printer jammed a couple time but when I called tech support they were very helpful. Great customer service.

Great copiers and printers that we use basically all day every day, they're good machines, they're durable, they hold up really well! Competitive prices, accurate quotes, quick deliveries and set up! Good customer service!

On daily usage it works great very nice printing and copying,we get a lot of usage out of it everyday and it works great for us ,we are very pleased with this piece of equipment would recommend it .

Our printer has been very reliable. On the rare instance that it does have issues, Xerox customer service has been very helpful. Service technicians are sent out very quickly to fix any printer issues

Our company uses Xerox for some of our office scanners. Their equipment does a decent job and is fairly reliable. They have good customer service.

The only printers we use in our office are Xerox brand. I use them daily for all of my many printing needs.

Strengths: Great printing. Easy to use. I really like the touch screen model our office has.

Great for mass printing. They make very plotters for printing big drawings. A must have in the work place if engineering design is your profession.
