I've been working with Sato Service for 2 years now. I'm very happy with their prices and their product quality.
Strengths: Competitive prices and quality products.
Needs to improve: Product selection.
Customer service was overall very good. I encountered a few issues with our payroll processing, but the ADP team was quick to resolve our issues.
Strengths: ADP excels where other providers lack: customer service.
Needs to improve: ADP could benefit from innovation and thinking outside of the box with their products.
