Life Tech has been a good company and we buy a lot of flow related products from them. A few weeks ago I needed a couple products really fast before our finance/purchasing system went offline for a week and the sales rep worked really fast to gather the products I needed and even gave me free samples of what I needed. I told him that it wasn't necessary but he said that it was not an issue. Thank you!
Strengths: LifeTech has knowledgeable staff and help answer my questions about flow and other products.
Needs to improve: They are a large company so there are long wait times when calling technical support.
Durable products
Strengths: Rainin products are very well made and durable. Their ergonomic pipettes are wonderful to use. Rainin customer service is very helpful and responsive.
Needs to improve: I have not encountered any weaknesses.

Strengths: QIAmp kits work very well and customer service is helpful. The sales reps are also helpful by providing answers to questions.

Overall good, but can be slow.
Strengths: Customer service is knowledgeable and products are good. Field Engineers are friendly and respond quickly to cytometer issues.
Needs to improve: Turnaround can be slow.

Customer service is good and the products are good.
Strengths: Their products are well made and staff are helpful. Their turnaround is fast, about 2-5 business days.
Needs to improve: I have not encountered any weaknesses.
The service is great and the staff are friendly.
Strengths: Vitatexs' products are well made. They quality check all products before they are shipped to the customer. They are responsive to questions and very friendly and will send replacement products if there are any question about performance of those products.
