Strengths: We love Staples. Ordering online and having it come next day, in most cases.

Needs to improve: Sometimes they are out of stock with some items we use commonly.

We recently had to replace the fan in the office bathroom. The Holmes fan by far exceeded our expectations. Would definitely by another when the need arises.

Self checkout is a plus; especially when the lines are long.

Strengths: Great selection of office furniture as well as office supplies.

Needs to improve: Customer service could definitely be better, but it's not so bad that it keeps me from going back.

I have always had great customer service while shopping.

Strengths: Target has competitive prices on food. Whenever we have a last minute get together at work, this is my first stop.

Needs to improve: Although they do have a great selection in the grocery department, more would be better!

Germ-X is a great product and we will continue to use it.

Strengths: Germ-X is the only type of hand sanitizer we use. It smells nice and drys quickly.
